You have to WinRAR and make a folder and extract it to it and then open the folder and the contents will be in the folder you made. To add characters find a tutorial on youtube or something.

My thoughts: Mario seems to small, even for mini mario. Also, the sprites need some work. I saw multiple times on what looked like mario headbutting naruto in er..... Also, mario seems to have lots of resistances. Attacks do almost nothing. Whereas is SSBM, mini chars take more damage. Lastly, the shadowclones should only be around for a second or die in one hit. thank you.

Then again, Naruto-kun's AI cheats. If you look a the lower corner, you can see the characters power (chakra) in a bar. Normally, you can't use supers (Rasengan being a example) without 1 - 3 in power, but Naruto-Kun can use the supers freely. If he followed the rules, then he would have to use at least 3 supers to do the mass clone summon. And that summon is cheap, because when he does it, 90 % of the opponents dies.

Even if it works in the manga/anime doesn't mean that it works in MUGEN. Youkai has given Naruto a bad name in the community surrounding Mugen, even thought there are many better Narutos i MUGEN. Luckly, he has a weakpoint, his predactibilty.
