Let me explain the differences and similarit*y* between bush and nickelback- similarity- the lead singers' voices are slightly rough. Bush's lyrics and music- somewhat meaningful and different, the ambiance from their sound gives a good nostalgic 90s vibe. Nickelback- glorified soundalike of 10 diff 90's alt rock bands (each presendenting nickelback as well as coming before them) and their lyrics are completely superficial with no meaning other than to sound cool (not unlike rap) -Thats my take.

The Science of Things was late 1999, and Goldenstate was late 2001 as well - their record company did'nt bother promote their album at all, they should of stayed with Interscope, even if they did try and mess with them - but Independant labels is the way to go these days - and beleive it all not - the bands get payed more by being on an Independant label rather than a zillion dollar selling one - especially in this curren climate anyway......phew let me catch my breath - cheers!!!!
