If you will do some actual research, other than the drivel your being fed, you will see that the Supreme Court has ruled and issued decisions on both sides of this issues.
First of all, the case was US v. Wong Kim Ark, not Wong v. Kim. Second, if you actually read that case and didn't conclude that the court said that if you are born on US soil then you're a natural born citizen, then you VERY BADLY misread the case. Like, skipped a good quarter of the case bad. Give it another shot.
Also, take a look at Lynch v. Clarke, Perkins v. Elg, Schneider v. Rusk for other cases endorsing the common law definition of natural born citizen.

The reason it is so important is because our founding fathers knew the monarchies in Europe would do ANYTHING to destroy this nation. Not that a natural born citizen is LOYAL by birth, but it is just a added measure of protection, and an extremely important one at that.

Yes, it is issued in Hawaii, but the COLB doesn't REQUIRE one to have been born in the state its issued in...in reality, the COLB is a legal birth announcement. The Birth Certificate states the ACTUAL place of birth, which is what needs verified.

I'm not speaking as a f-ing Globalist here. I live in the U.S. where we routinely refer only to U.S. citizens as "Americans" and do so fully knowing that technically it is not a precise description, but an accepted colloquial expression within our community.
If you are unaware of this, you must not spend much time speaking with U.S. citizens or care very much to understand them, only to find irrelevant critique in whatever way possible.

I actually assumed you weren't a Republican. Having studied political science, I read about how people on the fringes on either side (read: you) tend to identify as Independent but still vote with the right-leaning/left-leaning party.
As for the judges, after so many threw the case out for having zero merits, it was inevitable that eventually one person wouldn't do so immediately.

On your second point, I haven't yet found a case where actual "discovery" occurred. No real merits have been weighed out in a court of law.
I've seen the "lack of standing" reasoning used as though some how American citizens have no standing in discovering whether a candidate for President meets the qualifications.
Most recently, the national guard guy in GA lost standing when he no longer had to deploy.
The actual "merits" have yet to see the light of a courtroom. They will in Oct!

As Strikeman1 has written if you are born OUT of the country you need one parent to be a natural born citizen. But he was born on US soil so it doesn't matter.
FYI Birth on United States soil makes you a Natural born citizen regardless of the parents citizenship.

First of all, the case was US v. Wong Kim Ark, not Wong v. Kim. Second, if you actually read that case and didn't conclude that the court said that if you are born on US soil then you're a natural born citizen, then you VERY BADLY misread the case. Like, skipped a good quarter of the case bad. Give it another shot.
Also, take a look at Lynch v. Clarke, Perkins v. Elg, Schneider v. Rusk for other cases endorsing the common law definition of natural born citizen.

@DoubroDoubro IMHO SCOTUS decision in Wong Kim Ark was an error, in that a child born in the USA to 2 aliens is not a US citizen. Matter of fact, if you read California state law Government code 241, children born in the state to aliens are not citizens of California. Now if a child is not a citizen of any of the 50 states, s/he is therefore not a citizen of the USA.

The Constitution AND the USCIS refer to "Natural Born". There is no mention of "native", which would be redundant at best, hence the term "Natrualized Citizen." The reason it is so important is because our founding fathers knew the monarchies in Europe would do ANYTHING to destroy this nation. Which they succeeded in doing in 1913 with the Federal Reserve Act. If your not a natural born citizen you may not be LOYAL to this country. Not that a natural born citizen is LOYAL by birth, but it is just a added measure of protection, and an extremely important one at that.

Exactly (POTUS) - "Natural Born" is one of the eligibility requirements along with 35 yrs, 14 yrs Permanent residence.
"Rule of Law" to be eligible to be POTUS you must be a citizen of the United States by birth. Makes sense because you don't want other flags to cause conflict of interest.
