Is it possible to do this with compost tea, or something natural, instead of chemical fertilizers?

This isn't an organic technique. The nutrients used are chemical/mineral based.

i wouldnt consider this organic but it is pesticide free. organic means no artificial chemicals and these are grow using chemical fertilizers
