  • I fail to se your point. He wanted to expose Paul being untrue to his ideals but instead ended up spending an entire segment defending the guy and exposing the AP for putting out a hack piece on him. He was entirely honest about his motives and his feelings for Paul. Do you think Fox would ever stop their bullshit propaganda for one minute to produce anything even as remotely fair, balanced and honest as this segment was? You would die old waiting...Your point is completely irrelevent.

  • Lawrence O'Donnell is a reprehensible human being on many, many levels. He fits right in with the MSNBC crowd.

  • @OneCerebralSamurai Can you name one reprehensible act this guy has ever done other than disagree with the lunacy of the present state of politics?

  • @rhaastaa Lying on national TV to push an evil ideology? I consider that pretty reprehensible. But then again, this doesn't make him stand out much from the crowd.

  • According to what I've read, O'Donnell considers himself a socialist. He even lambasts other liberals for hiding from the term while cowardly labeling themselves "progressive".

That would explain it, I guess. He doesn't like seeing how some people are uncomfortable with the idea of living off the extortion of others—his only way to make himself look better in face of such moral behavior, is by proving to others that even good men cannot be consistently moral.

  • You have to wonder about what's going on behind a person's head, when they desire so eagerly to see virtuous men commit themselves to evil. His statements could easily be restated:

"I so wanted the rape story to be true. I just love to see inconsistencies in the behavior of pro-consensual sex advocates."

  • Damn, I love hearing anger.

  • @WarVideo

Haha, I got more of it from whence it came.

  • I'm glad your someone I agree with. Very well said.

  • @coltrane1966

    Haha.

  • Excellent observation.

  • @HiciacetKolas

    Thank you.

  • The person who takes government handouts and advocates big government is being honest and consistent.

The person who takes government handouts and advocates small government is being dishonest and inconsistent.

Whether or not it's repulsive to O'Donnell is subjective to his moral beliefs.

  • @Mementomori690069

"The person who takes government handouts and advocates big government is being honest and consistent."

Yah, so is the murderer who advocates mass murder but commits himself just a few paid hits. The issue is not at root "consistency" or "hypocrisy"--although that is a definite problem--the more important issue is getting the starting principles correct.

  • We are going to win this,.. It is going to take balls,.. but we are going to win this.
