  • I can't help but think that the BLM is pushing roundups so hard because cattle ranchers want the land for their cows to use. I suspect that payoffs are involved.

The BLM has certainly not conducted roundups in the most responsible manner possible.

  • @outcastwolf17 Humans also research and cure disease, restore habitat, protect endangered species. So do you think we should let the horses roam and kill off people since they are so evil? It's a managment tool. Animals are not humans. They are pets, food and workers. I'm not saying it is happy, but it's effective. Good day

  • these horses are a natural resource. only sheer stupidity culling these horses. destroying the land? surely they can be sold or transported to other areas. send them to the border. they will act as a natural barrier and no one gives a shit about that land. texas can make it a tourist attraction. sell them to mexico. sterilization is bad. it alters the gene pool and the group dynamics and makes them weak against predators which will be the mountain loins when they catch on.

  • My friend Jesse Townson runs his own wild horse hurd on his hunderds od acers of land. he does very well without the BLM. if it was up to the BLM he would only have 15 horses but he has 4 hurds. one hurd had 17 horses alone. total horses around 50. all health and fine without the BLMs help. We dont need to BLM ir the Goverment. Leave things as they are!

  • THE BLM AND THE GOVERMENT ARE FULL OF SH*T. HORSES ARE RAN TO DEATH, FOALS ARE PUT LAME AND UNBORN FOAL ARE MISCARRIED. i SEEN IT. SAVE OUT WILD HORSES STOP THE GOVERMANT AND THE BLM!!

  • "This is the wrongest thing I've ever seen." smart lady

  • Its not all about the horses starving. Sure they could do that but then you let them all starve, die of disease. Then there aren't any horses left. It also is about the care of the land that supports 1000's of animals. Let the horses strip the land of vegetation and you lose more than just the horses. Generaly speaking, people who constantly cry for the animals, know nothing of what they are talking about, put the life of an animal over a humans, and have no facts to base their arguement.

  • There seems to be people who do not realize there is a difference in a horses life and a humans. They round up some horses in order to meet the carring capasity of the land and you are wishing you could torture and kill some ones family in front of them. You are nothing but a radical domestic terrorist.

  • @bigrnyrs And what is the carrying capacity of humans? It is a natural cycle, the horses strip the land, they starve/die/move out, the land regrows and then the horse population goes up. What do humans do with land? They strip it bare, cover it in concrete and buildings and destroy what nature is left. And where do all these wild horses end up? Slaughter factories.

  • There lieing. The wild mustangs and burro's have been on this land since the 14 century or maybe before. They have not caused problems once in awhile a round up never like this. They are removing all the horses and regardless of what the BLM says they will go to slaughter how I know. I out bid the killer for my mustang he was gong to slaughter.

  • why put them thru all this? if they will supposedly starve, why not let them? at least it would be a natural death. But then they might eat too much of that grass that the future steaks and greas-burgers need, so, lets ship them off to feed those hungry families overseas. Out-sourcing works!

  • This is sickening and very disturbing. Those retards are so cruel. If I could, i would make those people get branded like those horses, and abuse THEM like the horses. Those god damn people deserve it....... they are definetly going to HELL!

  • This is a disturbing video. I hope everyone realizes the timeless majesty of these wild mustangs of ours. What a rare gift we have in the horses. Also, I just finished reading a GREAT book, a novel on the subject of horse slaughter during the 1930s (historical fiction). The title is 'The Last Good Horse' by David Martin Anderson. I encourage everyone to go to the website, TheLastGoodHorse, and/or read the author interview posted to YouTube (search under the author's full name). Thanks!

  • why don't they just geld them?

  • they are going to the glue factory

  • good work,

  • These cruel roundups need to end. It's not kind to run an animal into the ground as it's in fear for its very life. Then to be penned up, and chased by humans - B.S. People would not be allowed to be treated like this! What if, as an example, all the homeless people in an area were rounded up like this? Bet you'd hear a lot of complaining about the inhumanity of THAT!!

  • the BLM catches wild horses and burros and leaves hundreds dead and injured, sign the free petition to stop 2011 roundup-

    thepetitionsite(dot)com/1/stop-2011-roundup/

  • wtf is wrong with poeple well thats the democrats for ya because shit like this never happend whe nbush was in office

  • @andrewdillard246 Actually, this practice was signed off on by Bush, I'm sorry to say. I think this kind of thing must be allowed by the suits because they just don't understand what is done to these horses, and make the HUGE mistake of assuming that the BLM powers that be have a modicum of integrity. This is a problem that has no political boundaries. There are both advocates for horses and advocates for the killers on each side of the aisle. That leaves the horses with NO allies on Cap. Hill.

  • i would love to kill every last feral in America.they are not natural and don't belong here.

  • @jesusgoddamchrist EPIC FAIL!!!

  • @jesusgoddamchrist Actually, you are totally wrong. Horses are indigenous to North America. They were here millions of years ago, became extinct, and then were brought back by Spaniards. The Spaniards horses are decendents of the original North American horses, who crossed the land bridge to Europe all those millions of years ago. So- they originated here. (Lots of science has proven it now.)

  • @jesusgoddamchrist Neither are cattle. I should kill your family right in front of your eyes. I would love to do that to you, they should be tortured however before I kill them. Obviously, YOU need to be inhumanely treated, then killed.

  • it's not humane its just nature it will sorts its self out humans just need to except that we cant control and rule everything in this world and i bet this wouldn't be such an issue if horses hadn't been tamed in the first place

  • If people make such a big deal about rounding up these horses in California and Nevada, then why don't they go to Hawai'i and round up all the feral cats and goats while they're at it. Single-handedly those two species are doing the largest ecological damage to any American state........ :/ Fail @BLM

  • NO POOR HORSES
