I'm afraid that the 3850 is a bit old for this game to run with fraps :/

You can try to tweak your settings by reducing the framerate of the capture (i.e: 30fps), or by setting the graphics of the game to low. If it still doesnt work then you need to upgrade your graphic card.

Fraps fps to 60 and half size. You must chose the directX 9 version of RE5, looks like fraps doesnt support well DX 10
