Also from the ign preview, they said they're getting rid of the spell wheel and going back to the chamber of secrets way of using the b, y and x button. You press a button once to use a spell, then double tap that same one to do a different spell. But they said there was 8 spells so I guess it uses a too! I hated the spell wheel! :)

These EA games have been going downhill since Goblet of Fire. The best one of all was undoubtedly Chamber of Secrets. Pretty sad that we have to rely on Lego for a quality video game adaptation. BTW Lego Years 5-7 comes out in November.

I'm the biggest HP fan there is and I'm a game developer and it sickens me to see this is all they could come up with for a video game for the Harry Potter Franchise. I don't feel like spells are ever cast like machine guns in the HP world ever. They're always more strategic and well timed/placed. It looks like they just tried to make a shooter (COD) out of HP. Ugh. If I get 50 thumbs up I'll make my own Harry Potter game that does the series justice!

@TheHalfBloodPrinc3 I agree, although those who read the book will understand why we can't play Lupin or Tonks for example, but it would have been much nicer to have Luna instead of Seamus. After all, Luna was one of the "heroes" in the department of mystery in order of the phoenix and she's closer to the trio than Seamus is. But Seamus thing aside, this game will probably be mediocre anyway because, as many have commented, it's based on the movie and not the book. Sucks.

Y'know, Part 1 everyone said was terrible. I honestly liked it. Part 2 people are assuming it's gonna be just as bad. But IGN did a preview of it and it seems like it's gonna be much better: You can play as more characters, Apparition is even present, and there are none of the side missions that sidetracked the mind from the story or fun of the game.

@Chopdopple Are you KIDDING? How many games have you played?? Part 1 was one of the worst games I have EVER played. The voice acting was terrible, script was incredibly forced and had lots of gaps, the story was hardly even there, it was just stupid side missions, and the combat was horrid and chunky, and the game as a whole was just sickeningly repetitive. Nothing about it was good.
