at first what LeGullasch wrote is right, secondly you normaly see clapton sing or ripping of a great solo but you wont see him do that at the same time. it's kinda hard to improvsie so you stay focused on that and don't sing along. as a guitarplayer i would say that even the rhytm part isn't that simple and mr clapton played it wonderful.
