  • beast

  • Ei!! muito bom trabalho! incrivel efeito.

  • In regards to my earlier question...

I did some research and the paint he uses is white, clear blue, and clear green acrylic which can be purchased from tamiyausa (dot) com, in case anyone else is interested in building a diorama like this.

  • @uchihaaddiction or just standard translucent acrylic colours often sold in sets at hobby and craft stores, even cheaper and more colours to choose from (usually 12 different colours in small 2 cc pots linked together)...

  • What beautiful water skills.

  • Does anyone know what kind of paint he mixed with the caulk? Should regular acrylic work for this sort of thing?

  • I'm surprised their isn't 100 of em in the basement.

    That's new.

  • Amazing job, what a pro. :)

  • thats great

  • very impressive!!!!......

    but...english sub?

  • the bomb explosion he used flour/water make a putty(rolling it) that will dry hard?

  • 1.water spray(caulking tube) use painters caulking comes clear, white or brown its a silicone that u can mix paint with it or after it hardens then paint it. which looks like what came out of the caulking gun (but clear)

  • Arigato!

  • !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is the water Calking & Blue paint?

    Great vid..

  • He is a real artist. One thing though, the flag has 50 stars. Otherwise, perfect.

  • Could it have been that USA only had 50 states during WW2?

  • @Jampps - During WW2, USA had 48 states.

  • Don't be discouraged by this guy's modeling... This is not the first time this guy sat down to build a model or diorama... Lots and lots of practice...

The way to get to Carnagie Hall... Practice like Hell:)

  • I really enjoyed watching this program. I used to make models. I made hundreds but I never could make them look that good. I think I just may get back into it. And JFK really looked like JFK! WOW.. I am very impressed on this mans work. I wish I could speak Japanese.

  • What did he use the base for the water explosions? It looks like some kind of clay material thingy, can someone please tell me? It's the stuff where he rolled it up and put on the white silicon.

  • There are a number of products that you may use. I use a product called Sculptamold. You should look at art supply stores or craft stores.

  • the music at the end is from the patriot.

  • not the end i meant at like 5:30

  • thx for posting

  • zomg looks like icing :P, i wish i could make my dioramas look like that.

  • cool whats that

  • now that's art!

  • fuck yea

  • Thanks for the info. I assume that he is using plaster of paris as the base coat and covering that with a medium to dark blue.

  • Is there anyway to find out the material that he used that looked like a tube of clear silicon caulking compound?

  • It is indeed, Silicon.

  • I did a little more searching on the product he used - it's just a clear silicon used for tiling (and prevents mould apparently lol)

  • Damn! I wish that these japanese modeling shows would never end!

  • Man I wish they had subtitles and it never ended. Woooooweeeee. How awesome would that be. I would actually be able to understand rather than guessing and asking questions.
