Well Liquid Tension Experiment made two cd's but then John Petrucci had to leave because his wife was going into labor and MP, JR, and TL made a cd of just them three jamming. They were known as "Liquid Trio Experiment" and released their cd called "Spontaneous Combustion" in 2007.

thats wrong, only one track was composed during petruccis absence beacuse his wife was giiving birth, one from the first two lte albums, this third album was composed by them three cause petrucci has some other job at the time, don't remember

They also made a CD or DVD (don't know which) out of one live performance where Jordan's keyboard started malfunctioning in Universal Mind. He went offstage to talk to the tech for the rest of the show, and the other three kept on playing. I think there might have been a more complicated change of instruments overall, but this is all I can remember off the top of my head. It's called "When the Keyboard Breaks". No idea where you could get it, though.
