from Jose', the hermeterec.....Celine Dion is a great singer, but there never was nor will there ever be another Barbra Streisand. She is mythical. I rank her right up there beside my favorite male vocalist, Johnny Mathis. No less a legendary performer than Ella Fitzgerald said that she didn't care too much about listening to other female vocalists but that she'd listen to Barbra sing ANYTHING.

@kneecoal777 I love this song and without wanting to start a debate on this site - this song is her best vocal performance that contains real heart. I love the clip she did at that time that takes it to more than a love song, and the 1994 live version where she does such a nice introduction to the song. Beware though she has the worst dress in the '85 (I think) clip. But try listening to Óne less bell to answer; classic diva but so sublime you have to appreciate her extraordinary voice.

I hope I don't get arrested for admitting this, but back in the late 80's when Barbra vacated the ranch, we hopped over a stone wall and roamed the area where this was filmed called 'the meadow' (very Lucy and Ethyl I know:). It was vacant; not even a security guard on duty (at least on that day). Now that it's sold, we've gone back and paid to tour it in all it's 70's tackiness. But very cool for its day.
