@AnriSonohara I think it's because she's not been "intellectually softened" by, a lot of America's music being an inch above silliness. She bases her stuff off of actual art more so than the average bear these days. She's pretty unique by todays standards, something that has some of the best of both pop and classic-and something else. Perfect for fantasy or tragedy. When you're used to fake food a homecooked meal with a twist can be breathtaking.
The song reminds me of the show "days of our live's", and "General Hospital", my grandmothers (both of mine) have always enjoyed watching those type of shows XD

Keeping yo straight. Somebody's got to do it. Plus, this is a record producer who likes to type. It's a mad mad world. The analog to digital recording transition was a decade of pure hell. It is just starting to work right. I will save you the hand wringing over bit rate, bit size and auditory "depth of field." To boil it down, better resolution = "depth of field" of the sound stage. It started out very flat dimension. Bit rate also, in particular, affects higher harmonics = "air" in the sound.
Point is, it costs less money to record today but maybe technique and history of the art is even more significant to great sounding recordings. There is no reason to make records in a shoe-box corner with some computers and these shife samples and then make believe it is a big bad album. It is not. This is a throw away track. You have to get real people involved, real artists, have a greater relevant vision / mission = art. (this is fucking greeting card "music"!). CALLING T-PAIN! (innovator)
As much as a I hate to admit it, aside from a couple of Asian pianists, Xu Hong and Nobuyuki Tsuuji, the one recording that made a strong good impression on me is from Ying Yang Twins. Those tracks sound great (and I still don't know what git-low means). The track Salt Shaker is just a great sounding track with remarkable creativity. They're clowns but they make a great track. Every little detail of the track is well done. Damn impressive. The entire record is cohesive w/ good production values.

Thanks for schooling me on the album, I did not know of it. Allow me recommend to you video to find on youtube "Fatal Bazooka - Trankillement." I like to call it "something happened in 2008." Summer 2008 was a good time music video from Germany and France. It has almost 7 million views. Not bad for something so completely obscure in the "marketed" culture. As music videos go, pretty much a "major work of art" :-) / :-( ? GW Bush era stimulating satire /. response. No so fun now. Pay the thieves.

It is like a refrigerator full of bon bons from the corporate grocery store. This track is not exactly a pot of pasta.
I do believe children at the age of eleven and so on can fall in love/ date through personal experience. Some children loose their first kiss at an earlier age than that. There's nothing wrong with it of course and it is possible.

I do believe that your perception of love when you're younger is very much so different than once you've matured and experienced life a little more. @Joeey I feel ya J man. Imogen's name must have been added to the Grammy Nomination list for Best Produced Album by mistake. Seriously though, I don't know anything about recording, but Imogen has the musical chops keep your head spinning for a while. The music is what I care about.You talk about art- Listen to Ellipse.

Thanks for schooling me on the album, I did not know of it. Allow me recommend to you video to find on youtube "Fatal Bazooka - Trankillement." I like to call it "something happened in 2008." Summer 2008 was a good time music video from Germany and France. It has almost 7 million views. Not bad for something so completely obscure in the "marketed" culture. As music videos go, pretty much a "major work of art" :-) / :-( ? GW Bush era stimulating satire /. response. No so fun now. Pay the thieves.

I do believe children at the age of eleven and so on can fall in love/ date through personal experience. Some children loose their first kiss at an earlier age than that. There's nothing wrong with it of course and it is possible.

this is what i'm in rite now, i just got thru a breakup that ruined my life, and i still have feelings for him. last night i prayed to god for a dream about anything good in my life that might happen. anything that would keep me out of depression and self injury, and he showed my ex and i, happy, together, but we were teens. (we're only eleven rite now) and that tells me that it will all work out. it will work out not now, but soon.

a lot of 1 years olds date, even tho there are to young to. and just because your 11 doesnt mean that you dont know what love is. i know several ppl who have fallen in love at 12 or 13 and thats not much older than 11. and all of them are adults now and know that they really were in love. its rare for an 11 year old to fall in love, but posible and they would have an idea of what it is.

I agree and disagree with others here. 11 is very young to fall in love, but I'm not saying you didn't. I do believe that your perception of love when you're younger is very much so different than once you've matured and experienced life a little more. I also fell in love when I was quite young but now that I'm older I realize what real love is.
