  • I hate it when people talk like they know about stuff, and they really dont know shit. like this girl that calls herself CHEF .. please..

  • NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Omg.... Your knives aren't sharp enough, at all!

"Sashimi" must be sliced in a single stroke, and 2 at most and only if you're working with something tough such as octopus, but tuna is soft!

  • JAJAJAJAJJAJAJAJAJAJA How could you cooked that and say that is a tiradito?....Tiradito is Peruvian and when NOBU lived In Peru he said that he adapted ceviches and tiraditos to NOBU RESTAURANTS but he still respects the peruvian style when tha fish is cooked with LIME JUICE....IT IS NOT HOT ..IT IS COOKED WITH LIME JUICE....YOU SHOULD LOOK AT PERUVIAN FOOD HISTORY AND IF YOU SAY YOU ARE MAKING TIRADITO you must say it IS not the original recipe.....Good luck

  • This is not a Tiradito, please Chef you should know better. There is no Peruvian hot pepper and the fish is not even cooked (Peruvian Tiradito is). zzzz
