They might be mortal enemies, but they were once the best of friends... could you shoot your best friend, even knowing he had done something terrible? There really is no clear cut line between of good and evil in the show. All the characters are human committing acts of both good and evil with intentions which can be interpreted as either good or evil. Lelouch can only be said to be the protagonist, and those against him, antagonists.

Yes, Lelouche Killed his Father Charles and took his father's code too. In order for the code to activate and for him to become immortal he had to die first which was the plan of uzaku and lelouche. Suzaku wanted revenge and at that time the whole world's hatred was on Lelouche. So suzaku killed lelouche as zero, but yet at the same time since suzaku was his BF he didnt really want to yea then they retreated his body and it was Lelouche<3CC Forever

how could he kill his father if he was immortal? what happened was lelouch used his geass to break collective unconciousness from the Ragnarök Connection. this caused his father to dissolve into nothingness. thereforehe didn't "kill" him in the usual sense of the word.

Wrong. Immortality is gained by taking on the code of someone who currently carries it (V.V. , C.C.) Charles gained immortality by taking V.V. code and became immortal and someone who could hand someone else a power like V.V.
Lelouch might have acquired C.C.'s Code (and thus gain immoratality), but C.C. didn't die though that might just have been do to no circumstances for her to die in.

The only one who is immortal of those three are actually Charles(the emperor) Rolo didnt have the immortality code that V.V and C.C had before but it was so that V.V gave Charles(the emperor + his brother) his immortality code and that was so Charles and Marianne's dreams to destroy the gods could come true. But, then the previous person with the Code(which was V.V.) has to die. And V.V. died. But, C.C. didn't, which means it's impossible that Lelouch would be alive.
this is going in my Favs too I love it all how you went from almost begining to end. Code Geass is one of my favorite animes EVER and lelouche really isn't the bad guy when you think about it.

I don't know what the original form of this song was like, but this version grated on my ear in some parts. The video itself, however, was very good, and stuck to the theme of the song throughout. Good job overall.

A lot of people see an AMV then the AMV makes them want to watch the series, putting a spoiler warning isn't something you HAVE to do it would just be very considerate to other people.
I guess it never occurred to 'other people' that if they happen to choose to watch an AMV of a series which they have not seen all of, and which has ended, than it might be a good idea to consider the fact that that AMV might contain parts they haven't seen.
By that logic all AMVs anywhere should contain spoiler alerts, seeing as people who've never seen any part of the series might watch it and decide they want to watch the series.
I agree, the anime is much better. But then, the manga is an adaptation, and they leave out a lot of the mechs and politics, so that makes sense. As for the art, how can you not love it? It's CLAMP?

I'd rather he die, actually. Not because I don't like him but because the end would seem all that more meaningful if he knew he would die.

C2 talks to dead people, just because she is talking to him doesn't mean he is alive....... C2 was talking to Lelouch's mother and all different people, while they were dead. Even if she was technically imprisoned in someones body. I retain that he is dead. Though I'd rather not get into a discussion, as it is futile to debate this since nobody will be fully convinced of anything unless they make a third season. And that is probably not going to happen.

how could he kill his father if he was immortal? what happened was lelouch used his geass to break collective unconciousness from the Ragnarök Connection. this caused his father to dissolve into nothingness. thereforehe didn't "kill" him in the usual sense of the word.

Maybe. While C.C was seen talking to Lelouch, it could be that she was just talking to his memory or somethin' like that.
Thing is, Mao had Geass a lot longer than Lelouch and he died. Perhaps since Lelouch could take control over his Geass and not let it consume him, he became immortal.... anyway, it's worth considering.

Lelouch is actually dead. It's been explained he didn't take Charles code and that the producers have actually said he was dead. Really sad actually, I wanted him to be alive. But I suppose it was the best way for him to go, he killed his little half-sister and other people! He wouldn't have been able to live with that. And is there really gonna be a Code Geass movie? Nice video by the way! Every clips from start to finish was amazing!

i have seen the WHOLE SERIES and euohy was ONLY under the effect of GEASS to kill the Japanese that had gathered for project Japan.... it was an indirect command that lelouch gave Euphy because his geass had evolved that it was on all the time..... dont try to to make fun of me i have seen the serie three times... yeah i know maybe no life? but i was bored.... :P

What? That wasn't an insult it was a question. That's my point that Lelouch killed Euphy, indirectly as it was he still did it. I know the story of it I've seen it a lot of times, and it all comes back to Lelouch anyway. Nah you have a life, my friend's Code Geass obsessed and she lives probably better than most people in my group of friends.

Wrong. Immortality is gained by taking on the code of someone who currently carries it (V.V. , C.C.) Charles gained immortality by taking V.V. code and became immortal and someone who could hand someone else a power like V.V.
Lelouch might have acquired C.C.'s Code (and thus gain immoratality), but C.C. didn't die though that might just have been do to no circumstances for her to die in.

Nice vid. I have to say that lelouch is alive or that C.C has gone crazy. If you pay attention there is a part in the show that explains that people with Geass cannot die. Don't ask me which episode because I don't remember! Only people that have the power of Geass and kill someone with Geass. I know that you can't kill someone with Geass with a gun. Like lelouch's father he shot himself. Yet he didn't die. Just check it out and you'll find that i am right. I hear there's a movie soon

The only one who is immortal of those three are actually Charles(the emperor) Rolo didnt have the immortality code that V.V and C.C had before but it was so that V.V gave Charles(the emperor + his brother) his immortality code and that was so Charles and Marianne's dreams to destroy the gods could come true. Thats the truth of the deaths of those three + th geass order since it was ONLY two IMMORTALITY codes in the show/manga

No, you're wrong, hagianasaya234. Lelouch's father traded his Geass to get the immortality and the ability to give Geass to a person he chooses, which is called the Code. But, then the previous person with the Code(which was V.V.) has to die. And V.V. died. But, C.C. didn't, which means it's impossible that Lelouch would be alive.

Thanks! But the japanese version, which is the same as the english one, never shows him being the driver. There are certainly a ton of hints, but nothing concrete.

I don't know what the original form of this song was like, but this version grated on my ear in some parts. The video itself, however, was very good, and stuck to the theme of the song throughout. Good job overall.

A lot of people see an AMV then the AMV makes them want to watch the series, putting a spoiler warning isn't something you HAVE to do it would just be very considerate to other people.

I guess it never occurred to 'other people' that if they happen to choose to watch an AMV of a series which they have not seen all of, and which has ended, than it might be a good idea to consider the fact that that AMV might contain parts they haven't seen.
By that logic all AMVs anywhere should contain spoiler alerts, seeing as people who've never seen any part of the series might watch it and decide they want to watch the series.
You can't protect people from themselves.

I agree, the anime is much better. But then, the manga is an adaptation, and they leave out a lot of the mechs and politics, so that makes sense. As for the art, how can you not love it? It's CLAMP?
