The Jewish people are great and should be honoured, yet Israel I think shouldn't be. The Jews are nomads if going by the Torah, so they should not have a state, and especially one that commits war crimes.
And this song is just absolutely beautiful! I love it, and it really gets into my being. It's so pure, and so well-meaning and speaks of hope from dispair. I really feel energetic even as an atheist gentile. It makes me respect the Jewish people all around the globe.
SHAOLOM FROM POLAND TO JEWISH BROTHERS! Jewish nation is in my heart, because I belive in Jesus Christ. My Family was helping to Jews during Second War World. German soldiers of Adolf Hitler wanted to kill Jews and kill Polish people, who help Jews. Cousin of my grand mother hide one Jew in her house. After Second World War, they was married :) Two Jewish profesors was teaching my grand father in secret. Jewish girl are beautiful. Long life Israel!
Stay strong Israel. The Eternal Light of God still shines in your soul.. Know for sure that the surrounding darkness will will be destroyed in Zion's ravishing Eternal Light. Am Yisroel Chai.
Maybe only a Jew can feel the power of this song. It speaks to our soul--perhaps it is in our DNA, but maybe it is just a melody that stirs ones emotions. But if someone hears it and does not "get it", either the melody or the message has no meaning for them. But as you can see, it means so much to the Jewish people.
neanzhere very truth only jews can feel the power of the jewish soul every time i hear HATIKVA i cry this song do get to our hearts may god bless ISRAEL FOREVER AM ISRAEL CHAI
Beautiful idea wonderfully implemented. Thank you Galia and may G-d bless you for uniting the Jewish people in so many communities. G-d Bless Israel and America forever.
Imagine every American singing the Star Spangled Banner all at the same time on July 4. Except that Jews have been around MUCH longer than America, and Hatikvah was around before Israel was.
We sat next to each other at the Museum in Tel Aviv on Nov. 27, 2008. My husband had been sitting there 60 years earlier at Ben Gurion's feet when the UN voted for Partition and the creation of the State.

Please translate. The arrogance of the Jews I experienced as a child with services in Hebrew and me only understanding English and you want me to join your team? Forget about it. I already have.
There is one major major huge tremendous flaw with your wonderful Hatikvah. for some strange reason, you left G-D out of the picture. didn't he and doesn't he have something to do with Israel being able to be this "am chofshi"? Maybe if you let him back into the Israeli dynamic of the country, it will truly become an eretz and am chofshi. If anything, the lack of G-D in the song brings tears to my eyes and heart.
This is so wonderful - a breathtaking tribute. I got goose bumps just watching it. I tried to sing along, but couldn't through my tears. I have never been more proud to be a Jew!
Every time i hear Hatikvah it makes me cry and make me connected to jewish nation even more. I think next year even more people should unite to sing Hatikvah together on Israel's anniversary!!!
I am a Jewish woman living on a farm in Missouri. Instead of feeling isolated, because of the internet, and finding things like this, I am part of the world Jewish community.
What a wonderful accomplishment this woman did. God Bless Israel and may He protect her always.
I couldn't hold back the tears! It was amazing and you are to be congratulated for putting something like this together especially for all of us who are not in Israel and can feel a part of something big.
A wonderful mitzvah! Your project is changing the world for the better. I found it moving to realize we share these very deep emotions about Hatikvah. I always thought I was so emotional; didn't realize others felt the same way.
well this yiddisha bucha in Phoenix Arizona has tears in his eyes every time I hear Ha Tikvah since I was a small boy. The best time was when I saw my oldest grandson struggle to learn the words in his Hebrew schol.Count me in for 2009, just let me know the time~ Baruch Hashem.
What a moving and inspirational video, it is a gift to the world and to every Jew in it. My heart swelled with pride at this monumental event! I would hope to be able to participte in future events.

No wonder we connect in unity to this Anthem..! cause in our opinion it is the most heartfelt & beautiful song ever written...
& it comes from the tears of many heart broken Jews that finally found a country to call it Home.
We will always pray for our Israel!!
May the flag of Israel wave till eternity!
