  • dude woooow !!

  • no offence mate, but uve got a 1000$ lens on a 300$ body, just a tad strange, sweet u shoot skating tho

  • guys the only thing in this video to be jealous about is the 16-35 2.8 other than that this isn't "$5000" worth of gear like DMPhotography seems to think so. i say good for this kid! He's on his way to being a fine photographer and for what its worth i feel he deserves this equipment for the simple fact that he has a good grasp on how all that gear works.

  • Guys give this kid a break!!!

just because he's 11-14 years old does not mean he knows nothing about photography!!!

I have got $2500 worth of camera gear, is does not mean iam don't know how to use it.

I'll prove it check out my website, promise you I use manual modes

Respect this kid hes clearly got talent

  • For all that gear you have, your flickr isn't that good.

  • what kind of wide angle adapter is that?

  • too be honest the only thing that is suppressing for someone of his age is the 16-35. Well its the only lens I'm impressed by.

  • Could you please review the Sigma

  • FFS! Leave the kid alone, some parents get their 5 years old son a Grand piano worth 6,000 Bucks, because they know their kids will be able to learn and develop through the next years, THIS kid is definitely not different from the others.

  • Stop commenting about he is spoiled. You can have a job at 15 and that's how he could pay for it. I like how he has invested in good lenses rather than camera bodies. Keep up the good work!

  • @jamestographer Pretty much. I'm only 15 and I use photography as job. People just automatically assume because people are young, they have no knowledge of photography. As long as this kid knows what he's doing and all that jazz, then why should people hassle him?

  • This kid doesnt know what he's talking about.

  • HOW OLD ARE YOU?!

Personally, I think Nikon Is Better.

  • SPOILED BRAT LMAO!

  • what is the adapter lens u put on the 18-55mm lens

  • do a review on the flash and triggers!!! pleasee11

  • you should invest in a tripod

  • maybe use some of your money to buy a good video camera or hire a good cameraman/ editor, or a lower voice.

  • Your dads case is cool and you think you know what those terms meen I'm guessing 3rd grade

  • hi may I know what model is that convertor u mounted onto ur 18-55? I'm interested in getting one.

  • So this really is your dad's set :))

  • what is your camera bag brand and model ??

  • so you like 18-55 because it has IS? lol

  • i just have a gopro and a homemade fallow handle, you have a whole army :P

  • how old r u but sweet vid, i recommend not to put ur camera stuff on the floor

  • just saying, that wide angle converter is shit. but i guess if you cant afford a wide angle zoom or prime, it's the only alternative.

  • Wow nice stuff make a power point of you pictures

  • hey kid I just want to encourage you to keep up the Youtube Vids, don't worry about the jealous haters, apparently they have no life!! I am just getting into photography and i appreciate your presentation!

  • Cool video mate. U have a good knowledge about your stuff. 16-35 2.8 L is a great lens even in a crop body like T2i. Good choice to have a sigma 70-200 2.8. However i am not a big fan of wide angel adapter and tele converter. Wish you good luck in photography.

  • nice!

  • what wide angle lens is that that screws on to the kit?

  • this is either your parents or your very spoiled

  • Impressive!

  • Nicky! Thx so much for your super quick response! I've been saving for one good lens and would be ready for one soon!

I made up my mind on 16-35mm!!!

Thank you for your help!!! Photography is fun and became my great passion since a few years ago!

Let us keep shooting and have lots of fun!!!

Will look forward to some more of your videos in the future! :)

  • Hi~! Cool Video!

I like your bag a lot! What is that bag called!?

I was thinking about 13-35mm lately a lot.

Someone told me 24-70mm is good but it was soooo heavy!

What do you think about your 16-35mm?

How and why you like it?

How often and what do you shoot with it?

    Please let me know!!!

    :)

  • @MomoRhea HI. Thanks alot for the comment. I dont know the name of the bag off the top of my head but i think its a lowpro aw 170 or something. The 16-35mm is my favorite lens. i use it for pretty much use it for everything. if i am going to take a picture of anything that isint too far away that is usually the first lens i reach for. i like it because it is super wide and sharp.

    Thanks for watching. :D

    Best,

    Nick

  • @nickyisanicky Hey mate, How old are you? Don't worry about these trolling losers

  • @MomoRhea Hi, i know that comment wasn't to me but i bought the 24-70 and it weighs a little more than a kilo. Its really good though. 24mm becomes about 38mm on a cropped body sob mindful of that.

  • Lol..Umm.. You either have alot of money (parents)...or your parents thought they'd put a kid with all their camera equitment and then record it so they'd get the bag

  • man not bad....thats one kid who knows his stuff.....nice

  • did you pay for any of that yourself?

  • Way to go dude! Nice camera equipment.

And knowing photography at such a young age...

you're gonna be an awesome photographer in the future.

More power to you. And in the words of Bryan Peterson "Keep shooting!"

  • Gee, jealousy is rampant here. Apparently these "adults" have nothing better to do than whine because they are in a shitty financial position.

If his parents bought it, who cares? At least they're not abusing him. Typical hypocritical society.

  • Btw I totaled your gear it about 4600$ cad that's alot send me a pm and we should talk

  • Stop trolling on this kid. His gear is good some of it he probable had to work for or save for by now I could of had my sigma 2.8 but I spent my money on paintball gear.

  • when i was 15 i shot with disposable cameras and made them work.

you my friend are a lucky dude, just hope your using all that equipment to it's full potential.

    Good luck=]

  • Comment removed

  • Naise!!!!!!

  • At least knows what he's talking about

  • Hey y have u invested in 16-35 instead you could get 17-40 n some other lens in same price :)

    Good presentation kind:)

  • Aaah you got the sigma 70-200.

    Lucky kid.

  • @PermenAsem Haha I had the exact same thought when he pulled that lens out. I'm planning on working my ass off this summer just to be able to afford that lens.

  • @AraujoPhotoLabs Yes I finally got it! Working for everything sucks. haha

  • @AraujoPhotoLabs the Sigma 70-200 that is.

  • Pease give an review on the Sigma 70-200mm HSM II lens

  • Sorry hit wrong button! Didn't think i would use this lens much but it does take great pics of wildlife and alot of other stuff. Liked the video. Keep up the good work!

  • Thought i was gonna see an older gals bag but when your vid started i was suprised u were a young guy. I have alot of the same stuff in my bag. I got the sigma 70,200 instead of the canon cuz of the price difference and i only wanted to get good pics of my kids graduating collage so i didn't think i woulf

  • I bet u will be famous in the future :D getting a Nikon D7000 in about 1-2 weeeks :D nice vid ^^

  • @YIMMA996TT The only reason people are commenting badly is because its sooo obvious this kid didnt buy this stuff himself, hes like 12-13 yrs old, and he has over 5,000 dollars of equipment? 12 yr old + 5,000$ = rich parented brat

  • @DMPhotography1995 im 15 bro

  • @nickyisanicky cool story bro

  • @ecyor7 thanks bro

  • @DMPhotography1995 Oi Dickhead, im 13 and i have over 8000 worth of equipment. I have been keen on photography since i was nine and and paying for it all myself. I've been working (and i know what your gonna say) AT A REAL JOB. and have nearly payed it off . Yeah he could be some spoilt rotten kid but you have no fucking idea so stop hating hater!!!

  • @remy3315 Your such a fucking liar, you dont have a real job at age 13, doing dishes around the house isnt a real fucking job, Working at your parents work isnt a real fucking job either, go make a resume, apply to a fucking store, and see how many people call you back, it will be 0 because they dont want a fuckin 13 year old, now shut the fuck up you wet bag

  • @DMPhotography1995 FICKWIT, I HAVE A REAL JOB. I work with a photography company and i actually did put a resume together and guess what loser the guy did call me back! Why the fuck would i lie? That would only make me look like a dickhead. By the way, i don't do dishes and vacuum my house for money. If i did my parents would have to play me 50 bucks for a dish idiot. Im not some kid who has rich parents then asked them for an $8000 kit and just got. Im actually am serious about it.

  • @remy3315 you dont have a real job you liar, and they would need to give u 50 per dish? if u do a lot of shit for them and mowed lawns for other ppl like ur neighbors? i know ur lying anyways so shut the fuck up u little fuckin prick ill drop kick ur face in bitch

  • @DMPhotography1995@DMPhotography1995 Why is it so hard to believe You fucking faggot? You wouldn't have a clue at all. And sooo your youtube page says your 31? Your telling someone 18 years younger than you that your gonna drop me and kick in my face? The fact that you couldn't accept this kid and had to make a smart ass kid is just showing that you a jealous loser that has nothing better to do than talk shit. Instead of being suck an asshole you could of just left. GET A LIFE YOU FAGGOT

  • @DMPhotography1995 Why does someone have to call people a brat because they have more gear then themselves? How do you know he did not work around the house for what he bought? Did he save it up over a few years to decide what he wanted? I saved up and bought a canon 1d MK3, but that is because I saved up for it. Just because someone owns something does NOT mean that they are rich or a brat! I save all available money to get what ever I want, and I work hard for it ever day of my life!

  • Rich bitch!

  • 16-35 and 70-200 f2.8 -camera cost less than lens

  • lol xD rich kid......

  • I literally rolling around on the floor here and laugh. Wildlife? What, your dog standing in the driveway? I must say that Bob Dylan sings it, the times are changing in a ... When I was your age so I played Indian and cowboy. I had toy cars and stuff like that.

But happy on your behalf and hope you succeed in your hobby! Looks like your father, perhaps hoping that you can not expand your hobby in the very near future:)

  • Why are you all boying him off hes just a kid passionate for photography leave him alone

  • u shot wildlife?dont make me laugh listen u just dont need a sigma 70-200mm f2.8

  • @kayoroguez thanks for the comment

  • cool.. when i was about ur age.. i was playing with dog shit..

  • @jasonfoe u were playing with dog shit when u were 15?

  • Bless his heart, thats nice.

  • @ejphoto thanks

  • what bag is that?

  • way to go kid :)

  • Nice little set up! Keep on shooting bud:O)

  • There is no way you earned all this - you aren't at a legal age of which you can work :o It's nice gear, but it must have been gifts - I wish my relatives and friends were rich :(

  • @mattandhisnikon And? What does that matter. At least he is doing something constructive with his time:O)

  • @quickshooter100 haha. thanks.

  • I'm amazed by how young he is and already owns all that, congrats.

  • Oh, WOW, is all of that your equipment? I'm really impressed by the 70-200mm f/2.8. I'd kill for a lens like that. When did you get into photography? Did you save up for this stuff or were they gifts?

  • @Spartacus210 It is crap because I had that lens and it was crap at apertures from 2.8-4 so you are getting ripped off.

  • this is for the kid whos recording... im sorry he made you waste 3 minutes of your

    life.

  • @IxdokuxI Sick Dude!!

  • sell 18-55, 500d and buy 1d mark 3 or 2

u can become better sport photographer :)

  • @dfdtdfdx Thats is a really good idea.

  • Ooh, I have the same flash as you xD

  • @HeurLttleMonstr Cool!!

  • do a reveiw/ demonstration on the ebay triggers im undecided weather to get them and another flash or save up for a nikon comander :)

  • what about the 1D you showed?

  • This kid probably doesn't own all of this gear.

  • Okay, PEOPLE! This is not "All his". He obviously owns some of it, and his parents own other parts of it. Just because I call my Nikon Mine, doesn't mean I own it. My Nikon is owned by my parents... I just buy parts I want for it...

  • @175myles U got it

  • how does a kid your age afford all this nice equipment. Thank your parents :)

P.S. sorry for my bad englisch I'm from germany, hope you understand my questions ;)

  • @Neolino1708 The only things i use for my strobist work is the stobes(Canon 430EX II and Canon 580 EX), my flash triggers, and light stands. The name of the bag is a Lowepro Nova 180 AW.

  • Where did you get your wide angle convertor for your 18 - 55? it would be good to make use of it :L message me :)

  • @EddieDerbyshire Hi,

i do not remember where i got it but its a Kenko .45 wide angle with a 58mm thread.

  • u lucky son of a b****

  • cool :) whats your flickr? 16 - 35mm is a nice lense :) and where did you get the wide angle adapter? was it exspensive?

  • @EddieDerbyshire you can get them on amazon and there not too expensive

  • @EddieDerbyshire, And eBay. They usually cost from $23-200 depending on what brand you buy. Don't buy shit ones, you will regret it.

  • Cool kit!

  • do you work for a company

  • @MrYOUNGSTARZ no... sadly... im only 14

  • Cute. Busted out some serious lenses towards the end. Keep up the good work Nicky!

  • @hombreleon Thanks!

  • i thought u had an eos 1D?

  • That is my dads camera. i just made a video on it.

  • @nickyisanicky ohh, well that camera you can buy for about the same as the camera now, hahaha just letting u know :)

  • ya i no. i might switch to them.

  • how old is this little bastard

  • @clondan1 im 14 and im not a bastard. i dont know what gave you that idea.

  • @clondan1, The meaning of bastard is "A son or child who no longer has a father". This boy has a father and both him and his father are into photography.

  • Should be called "What's in my parents camera bag"!

  • I dont understand. it is not my parents camera bag.

  • LOL hahahhah

  • @lorikzzz tehe...

  • dude im so sry...i 4got to log out my account and my bro commented on u, sry again

  • thats alright.

  • how do you like the sharpness at 2.8 at 200mm from the sigma 70-200? I had one but mine was just out of focus/very soft.. I think i had frontfocus tho

  • The sharpness at 2.8 for me is fine. My only issue is that my camera only goes up to iso 1600(without looking bad) so this lens is not quite practical for indoor sports on my camera. it is a great lens tho. i love it!

  • woah, how much does it cost you from lens to lens.

    Great! :)

  • Thanks! im not exactly sure because alot of the equipment is my dads that he doesent use that much so he lets me use.

    Thanks for the comment!
