This is actually impossible.Charizard evolves into Charcoalt at lv 49.At Lv 49 if you press B you are able to evolve it with the water stone and not with the mist stone.

P.S. When it evolves it learns Struggle

P.S.S The shiny Charcoalt is Purple with a Green head.

MissingNo. WAS put in the game on purpose.

MissingNo. is a function in the game's progamming which makes sure that the game doesn't crash when the game tries to load a non-existant Pokémon.

If you'd done your homework on the way of obtaining MissingNo. through the Cinnabar Island glitch, you'd know.

(In the glitch it tries to load Pokémon from the previous visited area. As Vermillion city has no Pokémon, MissingNo. get's loaded.)

So it's true that Charcoalt, Rainer, Sapusaur and the others are leftover data from what would have been a 4th evolution to the starters, etc.

This obviously isn't real, the pokegods no longer exist in the newer games. It's a rom hack, like touhoumon or moemon... but the idea is fucking cool.

One thing nintendo/pokemon did keep were the missingno's and the additional badeggs-- easter eggs/punishment for hackers. And of course they wonk up your save data.

POKEGODS-- Existed only in the first generation games and were sort of a "stable Mblock" meaning they didn't delete your game.

The pokemon game series was created before the manga and the anime-- so a ton of data got mixed around-- like how Arcanine was originally going to be a legendary where Moltres was common. MissingNo is the data leftover from Moltres' pre-evo.
