i tried this game of hardest difficulty once and i kept of getting fed up by the rats in the tutorial, but then I used a few of your techniques and they proved to be very useful.Thx for the tips. BTW did you know if you have lvl 100 alchemy and master apparatas, and mix Fly Amantia, Ectoplasm, Firesalts, and Imp Gall together, you can make an awsome poison? Even on hardest difficulty it can kill just about anything in a few secends. I found out how to do this on youtube so you can look it up.
this is so cheap i mean if u fought with a sword and didnt just spell spam wouldve been good i mean if u killed all out of a pure amazing charecter than yeh would be good. but u didnt so boooo
see this video in HQ - you will see clearyl how much cost each spell - I had 250 magicka standart - so how you can see in this videos I use spells fortify magicka - just see all video !!! ( so then I have much more then 250 )

the max level is not 49, but 255 just for info, i had 255 , with cheats ofc xD

when i play as a mystic elf it won't let me do any arena battles. Oweyn always says I don not have my battle rainment on even if i do. Any Help??

What mods ? I do not any mods what change game system / or do game easy ! I use only some plugin modules - texture replacing, lighting,...
( because original Oblivion is very terrible )

You can do it as me - I cast only much very spells. ( how you can see in nex part this video )
