Not a fan of the random pauses in several parts of the titantron, nor am I liking the "I HEAR VOICES" "IN MY HEAD" animation. As for the text that you used, try going for something more, well, idk how to say it but try looking at Randy's t-shirts on WWE Shop for inspiration.

Overall I like what you were going for in the tron, and the work that you put into it. Good job. :)
