Honestly I had no idea this field existed, but I certainly concur it's incredibly valuable information. Just for a start, without it one would have no way to predict a potential future power outage. The best way to do it without Dr Cutler's data would be to switch to an alternate power source once the problem occurs (ie wind runs out), which would almost certainly lead to a brief blackout or at the very least a brownout, something certainly not cool with the discerning consumer.
