  • hey look its a jonas brother?!

  • You got no calves what so ever...lol tooth pick legs=)

  • VERY sexy from joe x

  • lol this guy's muscles are like zits xD

  • Oh settle down now. I find it amusing to see if I can outsmart people and you'd be surprised to see how often that actually happens. You are one of the few who have actually stuck with me on debates like this most people would have resorted to unnecessary swearing and calling names. You actually used your extensive vocabulary and knowledge to keep with it. Man, most people in this country really are kind of dumb when you think about it like that.

  • Wow, that was not what I was expecting. I was thinking it would be lame. Very good dude. Nice form and you held it too.

  • fuck cunt someone needs to break your video camera for your own good

  • your all so full of shit! this is amazing no matter what your weight is. why dont you fat asses lose some weight and try it?

  • I tried this, now I can see stars :D

    Continue, your doing great!

  • he's just loven those shorts eh

  • the reason for this in this case is that his legs weight the same as his arms

  • dude, where ya`from?

  • lol at all these people saying how easy this is cos hes skinny, this shit isnt easy for anyone unless you work out.

  • @WhytyProd

yeah i mean skinny = very little muscle mass, and without some muscle you can't do a planche, your stabilizers need to be great, and your core strong as hell.

he is actually a lot stronger then he looks, and tenfold stronger then the guys commenting "its easy for him cause hes skinny " ...

  • people hate to much....

  • you had to going down and do pushups...than i can believe that you are good!!!!

  • my mom has bigger arms than you lol

  • Gah! technique, that is not a pretty scene.

Work on your dorsi and erector spinal muscles!

  • @kamakazechris waha, you said erect

  • lol! put that skinny body away

  • hey its nick jonas!

  • wow dude that wal really awesome :) just...wow.. O.K. now you pissed me off..I'll learn it as well :D :DD

  • that is a nasty planche, dude!!!

  • I am sure with a body like his he could do some good bboy

  • omg, look at those chicken legs, haha.

  • Is it hard to just hold yourself in this position? Because my legs are where most of my body weight is so I'm way off balance from leg training. It's like a normal person taking 30 pounds then attaching it to the bottom of their feet and trying to balance it. I try to put my hands as far back as possible but my legs just stay down and I tried putting weight on my head to counterbalance it. lol

  • Well, it actually would not be like attaching weight to the bottoms of your feet as the center of gravity of a leg is a couple inches in either direction of the knee (usually above) but your point is a valid one. Perhaps try a straddle planche?

  • its not gonna be that hard when u weigh nothing.

  • @spevi1234

it's hard for anybody to learn a planche. I'm a twig and I'm yet to do one..

  • @Spocksbrother yes but you have to train. this kid trained a little but its not gonna take much if you dont weigh anything.

  • @spevi1234

I think thats bullshit cause his arms are proportionate to his body. If he had arms of a 180 pound dude, then ok its not gonna take much to lift his body, but like I said, his arms are proportionate so this kid is fuckin strong...

  • @guitarclaydo

um ok thats great i dont really give a shit

  • @spevi1234 why don't you try it then. this shit's hard, you've got to give him props

  • @NoobsSuckx7

ok ya kid i give you props i know that shit is tough

  • @spevi1234 just cause your fat doesn't mean he weighs nothing. Just don't be such a jealous prick.

  • @tyzzni

as if dude im 165 lbs. and i have 8% bf so fuck you. i would jever wanna be skinny like that thats just gross.

  • @spevi1234 at a distance u'd probably be the same honestly. Depending on how little bf u have depends on how u look a perfectly healthy man with little to no body fat will show his ribs and look deathly skinny but is instead deathly healthy sooo?

  • @tyzzni ya this is true but if you have more mass then you would show more obliques and that shit but ya i get where youre comin from.

  • @spevi1234 are you kidding?

planche push-ups are hard for any figure.

  • @spevi1234 if u weigh nothing, that means you have less muscle, right? so i think it is just as hard. If you are fat, on the other hand, and you don't have any muscle, than yeah, it is easyer if you weigh nothing

  • @mjamkoekjes well my friend dylan weighs about 110 pounds and i weigh 150, he can do more chins than me does it make him stronger? no, because i can do more weight than him on a machine.

  • @bannanaization no it just means your stronger in a less functional way that doesnt transfer into real life.

  • @zerordieb87 no... because hes not stronger than me.. and i now weigh 165 and i can do almost 3 times more than he can now...

  • @bannanaization lmao, three times as much, id like to see that. i weigh 130, if u weigh 165, thats only 35 pounds of fat you have against me...you know the olympic gymnasts? they weigh 120-155, and they still can beat down a 200 pound person, except the mentality is different, they have no need to. why be a neanderthal and move your weight around to try and be intimidating? it just shows terrible ignorance. you know bruce lee?? he weighed 135 bud, not even a 300 pound monster could take him out.

  • @Rostam16 you do realize i wasnt talking about you right? by the way i can do palance holds and 1 palance pushup and i weigh 162 officially now. and what do olympic gymnasts have to do with this. and i am a martial artist and have been for 8 years now and i just started a class that to get my brown belt we have to do the splits and 3 palances for i dont know why. and im older than you so of course im stronger and weigh more. but by the time you reach my age you will be stronger than i am.

  • @Rostam16 but you have proof and i dont.

  • @spevi1234: "Nothing" is what you obviously know about the subject, not what he weighs. As others have already mentioned before me - if someone is skinny, it not only means that he weighs a lot less than some Rambo, it also means that he's got much smaller muscles, so it's actually harder for him to perform any exercise of this sort. Skinny people are skinny not because they like to be so, but because it's in their genetics. It's very hard for them to gain any actually visible muscle mass.

  • @asmodeus585 Ok and obviously "nothing" is what you know about what i know. I know that its genetics and he didn't choose to be that way. If you would have looked at the rest of the comments you would have seen that i said that he is strong for being skinny and that that obviously takes muscle. So you can just fuck off.

  • @spevi1234: I didn't read those comments, so I commented the one that is in my opinion too apparent, as some idiots decided to give it the thumbs up. Your first comment was definitely demeaning, so I reacted in the way I did. EOT.

  • @spevi1234 You are a complete moron, planche is one of the hardest moves ever. Don't matter how much u weight. This guy despite of being skinny is probably stronger than a lot of dudes bigger than him. This is some RELATIVE STRENGHT , HATER! I hate when people talk trash, when someone achieve something they discredit his achievment ,like u did .

  • @muscleartist90 I just had this convo with another person. I know its hard. This kid is strong for his size and yes good for him that he can do that. Again i knew everything you just said i just didnt feel like expressing it.

  • @spevi1234 strength is proportional

  • @spevi1234 too bad you're a fat bitch who weighs 300 pounds. Try going on a diet? then maybe working out?

Or if you're not a fat bitch, why don't you show your own planches?

I guess you are a fat bitch.

  • @Shadoweprinz Maybe if you weren't so ignorant, you would go and look at previous comments you lowlife scum. I have 6% Body fat and I workout 6 days a week and I'm 165 lbs. By the way, if you are going to come on here to talk shit to me, at least use proper grammar you illiterate, piteous imbecile.

  • @spevi1234 Tell me where I used improper grammar in my last post. ROFL. Maybe if you weren't so blinded by your anger, you would realize how ignorant your own comments are.

You said "its not gonna be that hard when u weigh nothing". Do I really have to explain to you how ignorant that comment is? Or maybe you can read all the other comment responses you have gotten rofl...

Planche strength is proportional to weight, as explained several times by other people.

  • @Shadoweprinz You can't capitalize to save your life. Also like I said before, if you really would have referred to other comments you would have found that I later stated that strength is proportional and that these are hard to do. Again, if your going to talk shit to me, at least do your research and use proper grammar you prepubescent, illiterate dreg.

  • @spevi1234 I can't capitalize to save my life? Are you seriously that ignorant? Let me quote you the comment you wrote, that I responded to. You said "its not gonna be that hard when u weigh nothing". Seems like you can't capitalize for shit either. Don't complain about somebody not capitalizing if you aren't going to capitalize yourself. You complain about me not reading previous comments, yet it's really you that needs to read them, dumb ass.

  • @Shadoweprinz Yeah how long ago was that when I wrote it? A long time. I feel that it makes more sense to use proper grammar when typing. By the way, you spelled dumb-ass wrong. How does that make you feel?

  • @spevi1234 You complained about me not using proper grammar, and when I ask you what I did that was grammatically wrong, you answer with "capitalization". Capitalization is not part of grammar, so learn some proper diction before you use it. When I prove that you did not capitalize as well, you quickly change the topic with me not spelling dumb-ass right. First of all, dumb-ass and dumb ass have two different meanings. Need I explain more? I can expose every single one of your flaws if you want.

  • @Shadoweprinz Actually it is. Are you a high school dropout?

  • @spevi1234 It is not...and no, I am a full time student at UCSC right now. What about you?

  • @Shadoweprinz Dude, I'm a freshman in high school and I've been reading at college level since the fifth grade. Not even funny I can't take this seriously anymore, it's too humorous.

  • @spevi1234 You're a freshman in high school yet you're insulting somebody by calling them a high school drop out? Dude...rethink your insults before you say them, honestly. A high school dropout most likely has gone through more education than you...

That being said, I like how you bail out on a debate just because you are losing and do not have the balls to admit that you are wrong. Capitalization is not part of grammar, and if you can prove to me that it is, I will send you $100 on paypal.

  • @spevi1234

Yes, every skinny ass kid in my school can do it cause its not so hard they weight nothing

oh and my lil sister does it too its so easy for her cause she weighs only 50 pounds

    Dumbass

  • @ArikBARs Okay ignorant moron, look back at other comments. The way you composed that comment made it appear to be from "Dumbass", which by the way you spelled wrong. So, what does that make you? That's what I thought, Dumb-ass.

  • @spevi1234

Ok english is not my first language so i do have my mistakes

but how did you connected the fact that i spelled a word wrong to me being that word?

That's my friend, a logical fallacy

and you my friend, are a an idiot and you have a lack of talent and brain

  • @ArikBARs Since "dumb-ass" is used to insult someone's intelligence for the most part, you spelling that wrong is just a bad thing to do. I'm obviously lacking a brain you know, since I am able to function. That isn't logical fallacy my friend.

  • @ArikBARs If you had any understanding of basic biology and science, you wouldn't have said this. Enjoy living the life of a retard.

  • @spevi1234 you do know that its all relative no matter how much you weigh, he just has better control of his centre

  • @Jaken2020 Okay do not comment unless you have read the many comments I have on here.

  • @spevi1234 at least he's strong enough to do that… if this guy were heavier, he wud be stronger in order to do that…

  • @spevi1234 ur a moron

  • @casketofdog Before you comment you should look at the other comments I have posted on here.

  • @spevi1234 Actually to hold a planche with staright arms like this you need to be able to bench at least 2 times your body weight. He doesn't have his body perfect, arched back and slightly staddled legs, so he can probably bench 1.8 times his body weight. Thing is though he doesn't have much fat, but what your saying doesn't make much sense. You wouldn't say this about GSP if he could do it. You wouldn't say something like well he has no fat so of course he can do it.

  • @spevi1234 it is not a matter of just weight, but rather relative strength

  • @spevi1234 I agree, but weight to strength ratio = hes pretty dang strong.

  • 5 stars, nice

  • You sould go do breakdance or something =D

  • pretty sik can u do anythin else

  • damn..

  • dude u should do breakdancing

  • man that's sick..

i've been working on planches for about 3 weeks now and i can do a few wall assisted planche push ups..

but getting my arms straight is crazy difficult that's some great stuff man

  • Powerfull!

  • Aha, sit your ass down. Leanin or not thats still a pretty good planche.

  • u r layin on your left elbow again,... anyway i admit it is good move

  • great work dude, what are you training for?

  • What kind of progressions did you use to get your planche?

  • That sound at 2 seconds sounds like your elbows are snapping..

    hahah..

    Nice planche hold though :D

  • eat more
