It's debated, but I wouldn't say most. Even if it was, it would be absurdly difficult to accomplish on matchmaking. The game was patched eons ago to limit the number of regenerators that spawn on Isolation (among other things) on matchmaking. It's a little like arguing that something can't be done now, that could've been done on the Beta version, seeing as the Beta is no longer playable.
