This is actually really close to how they've done it in the new Star Trek movie, simple, yet it effectively conveys the near instantaneous acceleration to warp speed - great work!

I liked your Enterprise model and the planet. One suggestion: your nacelles were a little red. You might want to kind of blur them and add some yellow. Otherwise this was fantastic.
