If I remember correctly, he did do 2 sketches with Cookie Monster: the sketch in which they cooperate (The Count counts the cookies and Cookie Monster eats them.) The second one is where The Count is counting apples, and Cookie Monster secretly eats them (The Count didn't notice Cookie Monster until he ate the third apple.) I think these are the only two sketches in which they are seen together.
