@Frooglar for poisoning point either kind of syringe at food or beverage and left click. well there's hand to hand combat. it just involves left clicking. if the target is near a ledge no matter what side he's facing you will push him. With combat it's same way i guess. just left click. If target is armed press it and you will disarm and take his weapon. If the target is unarmed you will just headbutt the person and if you press again you will punch and it will knock the target out.
