  • Oh the memories!

  • Lmao damn I rememba when my platoon got smoked on family day great stuff

  • GET IN THE FRONT LEANIN REST! GET IN IT NOW!!!

  • HAHAHAHA AHHH memories we got smoked on grad day right after the ceremony IN OUR ASU's not our ACUs our ASUs the service uniforms!!! Some of the families thought we got in trouble. It was funny the DS was like y'all know what's coming...HALF RIIIIIGHT...FACE!!!! GOD I LOVED BCT

  • Why were they being smoked after a day with their family??

  • Holy shit thats a lot of push ups, i can only do 50.

  • I was so fat and out of shape back than...painful memories :P

  • Oh good old smoking. B co 2/46 back in 06. I had fun in BCT but it's not something I'd want to do again.

  • fort knox?

  • hooah clap all you want thats army fun right there ft benning grad

  • how old was your husband when he went through Basic

  • %$# that mountain climber....

  • They did that to us during family day too! God I miss Relaxin' Jackson. God Bless all of US!

  • alright i ship out on the 16th of augest

  • LoL. People ran to join the smoke session. I'm not sure if I have ever seen that before

  • They would have to carry me out on a stretcher. We do have the best fighting men in the world.

  • HAHAHA This is what I have to look forward to. lol

  • @haiwin227 are you sure 40? Because I talked to a usmc recruiting officer and he said 27 and I do not doubt what you say you were already in usmc just making sure that's all

  • lol they got smoked............ fail.

  • ahhhh the good old days . those were some of the best days ever. i am so proud to be able to call my self a soldier and a disabled vet. and i am proud of all the men and women ca can do the same . god bless America and the American people

  • @keverc arent the american people decentants of europeans

  • @keverc Hey man god bless you and thank you for serving.

  • @keverc PuertoRicans too?

  • @keverc I feel you I was there too...picking up sigarette butts police call gi party i did it all and i will do it again and again..i am retired and DV...salute to you my friend.

  • @JCrayonProductions

Completely agree! I once was and will always be a marine, but, I am currently in the US Army. I worked with soldiers all the time as a Marine. Both have their perks just as both have their downfalls. They both have one thing in common...They both risk their lives daily for your freedom.

  • @springhillclub HOOAH!!

  • Fort Jackson..........

  • @justme0verhere

    That's Fort Knox buddy.

  • PPl are clappin...LOL i remember gettin smoked during graduation and ppl were clappin like it was part of the graduation...LMAO..if they only knew and we were in class "B" uniform...

  • is 27 too old to enlist?

  • @supremo502 Fuck no. We had guys in their 40s in my cycle.

  • @supremo502 no past 40 is

  • @supremo502 no I think its like 40

  • @yeastori its 43 for the army

  • @supremo502 I don't know which branch your interested in but some allow up to the age of 42. Your no were near too old.

  • @supremo502 no...as long as you dont have any health, legal issue u should be good.

  • @supremo502 40 is the main cutoff age, but even after 40 you can enlist provided that you pass your fasting blood sugar and prostate exam at the meps and are waivered in.

  • @supremo502 you can not be older than 38 as of right now because recruiting is so good, when i went to MEPS three people were DQ'ed for age

  • @supremo502 yes, mentally u will gain nothing.

  • guy with the back pack is cheating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @cnshane u saw that to huh

  • Smoking is a right of passage. Since the military does not "haze" anymore, they have to class it as PT. It is a team building exercise and brings you closer.

As in my initial post, someone said Semper Fi, I said these are not Marines, since when do Marines wear berets? I guess people do not get jokes anymore.

  • As far as the smoking, it's all relative. These guys are in Ft knox and probably not infantry. An admin soldier, transport, mechanic, arty, infantry etc aren't gonna be in the same shape or smoked the same.

  • @mtgmaker1 while what you're saying is relatively true that these guys are mixed mos BCT is the same everywhere. Knox is an all male post (same as benning) there are no feminine needs to take into account. Regardless of what guys who did mix mos at jackson lost in the woods or fort sill they don't know what a real smoke session is. Benning and knox are the two toughest posts for bct.

  • @haiwin224 really I went to Sill and I was part of the last all male BCT there so are you sure mine wasnt as bad... think about it LAST all male BCT there and it was my Drill Sgt last cycle he was being transferred and he is now a Drill Sgt in Drill Sgt school.

  • good times good times

  • Next time you see this, don't cheer. Or laugh. It isn't funny.

  • i didnt even kno the army got IT'd or smoked or watever!! haha i thought it was juss a devil dog thing

  • even at WTC graduation the DIs smoked after graduation; must be a custom we all get.

  • All branches of our service protect our country and deserve alot of respect. We shouldnt argue over which is better, they are all heroes.

  • Wow I remember this. This happened to me when I went 262 A co 1st platoon fort Knox. Summer 2010. This was funny I kept laughing when people kept coming late. I was tired as fuck but didn't care because I was leaving the very next day to AIT (advance undividual training). Oh wow memories. :)

  • We all bleed the same we all die the same

  • @MrCavScoutout we do. It takes everyone to get the job done. Thanks Cav Scout for your service. Eyes and ears of the advancing units.

  • HOAH

  • 7 years in the Airborne Infantry...calling the Army pussies is easy to do on YT.

  • @JCrayonProductions Well said...We all swore to defend this country and anybody willing to fight for there country deserves to be treated with respect. But I do have to say the Army and the Marines do fuck with each other a lot it's mostly a kind of friendly rivalry but when ya star taking shit and saying the other branches don't do shit then that's fucking wrong... Semper Fi

  • doing push ups then transitioning to mountain climbers sucks!

  • why is it tht people come on youtube, watch videos of our soldiers and then diss them cause they are in a different branch. No respect at all..what happened to "ONE NATION UNDER GOD"? While we are on our computers dissin each other, there gettin shot at by little kids who were fuckin forced to join the military. So before you guys call each other pussy's just think...damn maybe i should respect the soldiers tht are risking their lives for me to have the right of freedom of speech.

  • @The34Boston Well, the rivalry between branches has always been there and most likely always will be. Nothing but a dick showing contest. But that's how we're trained. Every branch and every unit is told and had it beaten into them that they're "The Best." Well when you put "The Best" in the same room as "The Best" its like watching two roosters in the same chicken yard. Now if you throw a Taliban in the same room, then you see mutual destruction of the enemy. :)

  • Good memories, lol

  • "Half right face! Front leaning rest position. Move!"

  • @ClarkKasheta IN CADENCE!!!!! EXERCISE.

  • @ClarkKasheta

ohh wow i havent heard that in a while. Not a Marine but C.O. (Corrections Oficer) our D.I. was a Army Ranger and had us do everything they did. Even the cadence while we ran were the Airborns.lol everytime we fucked up thats all were heard " FRONT LEAN OF REST" after about 2 mounths people were messing up so much that we started calling ourselfs the "FRONT LEAN OF RESTERS" good times good times!

  • @ClarkKasheta

    exercise!!!

lol miss the good old days

  • @ClarkKasheta

    "Half Right Face!.. fuckkk"

  • Just FYI those are not Marines you goobers....those are Army....Marines do not wear berets although their camo looks similar to the Army ACU which btw just got changed to Multi cam...Thank for the video though I have seen my other half get smoked always makes me giggle even though I know I could never do what they do!

  • @ArmyGirlfriend1985 or train at ft. knox.......

  • @jorgeyeahman You'll learn quickly that we are supposed to treat civilians like officers. I get your point, but it won't go very far for you in the service. lol

  • Someone said Semper Fi. Never said these were Marines. Either way thank your Husband for serving and thank you for standing by his side.

  • @Inkedmedic

who said these are marines anyway

  • @teflonjust4u semper fi!

  • men everybody ssshhh and just b proud to serve for the UNITED STATES !!!!!!!!!

  • When I was at Knox (A-5/15) we didn't have a family day.

  • You can never train a perfect soldier. All soldiers are humans and all humans make mistakes. Just don't be that guy who fucks up every 24 seconds.

  • @TGxHITMANx hehe, i can tell your in the british army haha...must admit though, this is weak for a "smoking"...we call it, "getting beasted"...BEASTED

  • @JustAnOrdinarySimmer nope US Marine here ;)

  • That sucks. Those stupid people, "Oh what a fun show! YAY LETS CLAP!"

  • @GonzalesOC YEah and when you marines need to be picked up because you ran your ass in too deep, who do you call - The ARMY son! R-IS FOR RANGER!

  • boogie03 is right, i was a marine from3-19-84 to 3-19-88 I never got smoked(or pitted, as we marines called it) after parris island

  • Those aren't Marines. That's Army Dogs.

  • @antweezy702 First of all you spelled 'Marine Corps' wrong, which make me doubt that you ever joined my beloved Corps. Second of all, nothing in the Marine Corps basic training program is bullshit. You would know that if you actually joined. Why are you so proud that the army USASOC has three different forces? You are one man, can't do them all. Things like that make me think you are in the army, but never my Corps.

  • @travislaustin oh waaaaa, your Marine corps, yea for you. Army for life

  • Thats gonna be fun...

  • i miss disney land soo much i remeber my family day smoking great thing ever

  • Fooooort knox...surely DON'T miss it there haha yeah that happened to us too hahaha man it sucked....but was funny to me hahaha

  • i think the clapping was to cheer them on

  • I went to Ft. Knox for basic training and they did the same to my platoon!!

  • really getting smoked is getting sugar cookies. for those that have never had them it is when you get in the shower fully dressed, get soaking wet and low crawl and roll in the sand pit for and hour and then run untill the ds gets tired of watching you do it. trust me its no fun. your wet and then sand gets in places that it really should not be. you get raw fast.

  • lmao idk why there calping. there getting punished lol. that probably had the DI's pissed lol

  • @SuperSwoper No it looks like why the DI's were pissed is because everyone was not in formation on time.

  • Of course there are all the suzee's (suicidals) too.... the ones that get their boot laces taken away and have to walk around in their over boots....ha.... When we went to the range in basic the suzees couldnt carry live ammo... but the drill sergeants still made them go through the process.....im serious... never laughed so hard in my life.... grown men standing in foxholes who CHOSE to be there... "yelling" BANG BANG while they attempted..."attempted" to zero their weapons....ahahahaha

  • ahaha.... this really isnt getting "smoked", getting smoked is having the fire alarm in the barracks pulled at 3 am because somebody stole an MRE out of the back room while they were on fire guard.. then you have to low crawl back and forth through a frozen mass of wood chips for about an hour, then run laps for about an hour then they have fun changing the uniform and giving you like a minute to change into the new uniform.... could be anything... class A jacket...shower shoes and pt bottoms...

  • I never have, and never will cheer at mountain climbers. If you think it's something to cheer about, do 100 of them and see how much "spirit" you have.

  • @dragonkiller63729

that was a shitty comment if you don't mind me sayin'

  • @varmint527 You have shitty parents, for not giving you a sense of humor. Fagot.

  • They always get smoked its a show for the supporter(family and friends)!!!!

  • how many push ups are they doing or did they do?

  • @marcusos1111 if they all did it in sync, then it would ve been 44 cuz they counted to 22 i believe

  • omg... my boyfriends in the army and he sais being "smoked" sucks ass so why is everybody so happy n clapping... they need to go the fuck back home.. ughhh.. people are so STUPID!!

  • stop fuckn clapping

  • lol. The more the crowd watches and cheers, the longer they will have to do it :) Do they know nothing?

  • i agree with HIRT1026 its a fact that alot or marine training is with army schools but ur still badasses and im 11b so i know the mountain climbers hurt

  • @socalcope OOORAH! lol we are still the Few the Proud the Marines. Best of the Best.

  • @XxPANTERA4LIFExX Tell that to the Airborne Infantry, Rangers, Sappers, Cav Scouts, Armor, Pathfinders, Infantry Snipers (who don't go to Marine Sniper school but the Sniper Special Operations school at Ft Leonardwood) and Special Forces.

  • you know what im a future army recruit im 17 and i just have to graduate from high school in my opinion the army is the best of the best we deal with all the spec forces so you know what to all who serve i salute you but i think the army is the BEST OF THE BEST

  • BUWAHAHAHAHAHA fukn army tired on like 30 fukn pitiful weak branch!

  • @Finaljustice101 you suck.

  • @antweezy702 Also, Army Basic isn't as challenging as Boot camp.

  • @antweezy702 Who was your SDI and your DI's? What was your Platoon?

  • Hey that's where I went to Basic, lol.

  • that ain't nothin, try being smoked in marine corps boot camp...50x worse 60x harder and 90 x faster.

  • THE WAVE OF HEROS_HOORAH

  • why the hell are these ppl clapping... getting smoked is not entertainment its freakin painful!!!

  • @3SG413 Pain is weakness leaving the body, some have forgotten.

  • this brings back a lot of memories lol. I never understood why people bitched so much about being smoked, oh no!! not exercise! worse punishment was when they made half the bay do roaming fire watch with full battle rattle for 4 hours then the other half of the bay had to do it. those nights sucked.

  • @asdfgoogle yea, for me, it was always 4th squad playing grabass in the back of the formation

  • @CutingDoom what I mean about "ninja naps" is you try to fall asleep on the cold floor (your not allowed to sit/lay on your bed during the day) because you will probably have 4 to 5 hours of sleep every night... while your taking your nap, have a battle buddy look out for drill sergeants, cause if they catch you, your doing push-ups 'til you cant feel your arms anymore. the thing is, your battle buddy is tired too, so he'll probably fall asleep without even noticing it. lol

  • @CaptainRednose I ninja napped through commo training LOL

  • @proudcitizensoldier--- Me too... :)

  • @CutingDoom when your in a bay, without a cellphone (cause your not allowed to bring one) with 30 to 40 other guys that you never met before in your entire life for 4 to 5 weeks... you'll start wanting to see familiar faces, like family members, girlfriends, etc.... trust me, family day is maybe the best time you can have, aside from taking a ninja naps on the floor

  • I feel bad for the people that are wearing packs. . .

  • all i can say is fuck that

  • Oh the memories, gotta' love this shit.

  • when i was in boot camp they would not have stopped yelling at us till we were all doing them at once, and thats when we would finally count off if were were lucky we wouldn't have to start over 3 or 4 times. of course that was the Marine Corps where they actually trained us

  • @ymaoF OORAH!!

  • @scoobastevo20

    Lol you said it

  • in the CF we don't boast about our PT in front of families, bad taste.

  • Recognized the barracks and recalled some memorable moments--most good, some bad! I kid you not I remember a guy walking to formation late while we were alternating between "beating our faces" and the front-leaning rest, chanting "hurry up, waiting on you..." As he approaches someone yells "hurry!" and he replies (without speeding up) "I am hurrying!!!" Getting smoked or not, it was amusing watching the company's drill sergeants converge on him at once...good ol' Knox!

  • i know we stay together and our backs are straight!

  • @jerry303 They're clapping because:

    1. - Watching privates get smoked is funny as Hell if you've been there yourself.

    2. - We have pride for our country, our flag, our military, and our soldiers.

    3. - We know idiots like you will be confused.

  • Platoon! Attention! Half-right FACE! Front Leaning Rest Position, Move!... THE PUSH-UP!... In Cadence!

in the minds of all soldiers while hearing this: "Fuck, not again..."

  • @CaptainRednose Heard that one way too many times, along with "Beat your face private!"

  • @SodakScallywag lol or " You Have 10 seconds to get out of my face... 10.... 9...5..3..1!"

  • @CaptainRednose "Sorry Drill Sergeant" "What! You calling me a sorry Drill Sergeant Private! In Cadence!"

  • fuck i dont miss that shit

  • @dondondonman no to teaching discipline

  • i thought they had stopped doing basic traing at ft knox

  • HURRY UP WAITIN ON YOU ..... gah i hated that smoking the most cause the family saw it haha

  • That's Ft. Knox for you lol In my basic unit if we weren't completely in synch we were smoked for at least an hour. Not to mention at family day we were smoked in our Class As

  • No offense but the guy with the backpack is barely doing pushups.

  • @eggsaladinthetub as it says in the description a few guys were late so i reckon the 3 or 4 with backpacks were the late ones and its probably really heavy

  • lol I love being in the Army.

  • Bad memories, bad bad BAD memories right here.

  • lol...hurry up....waitin on you....hurry up......waitin on you....lmfao....THE MOUNTAIN CLIMBER!!!! incadence exercise...1,2,3 1,,,1,2,3...2 1,2,3...3 don't miss the sound of that at all

  • funny. Watching other people gets punished has always been funny to me. Because i guess you can say my football team gets "smoked" all the time.. And our coach was a former drill sergeant. He is the reason i will NEVER go into the military... but really are you kidding me can they really not do a pushup i mean really they not that hard.

  • @JenkBigQ

They do this stuff daily, as they said before they just ate, then didn't sleep all night, and most of all they are tough enough to go serve the country.

  • Getting smoked always sucks. But not unexpected. Par for the course.

  • why the fuck are the idiots in the background clapping?

  • @mikeyABI i know right?!?!?!

  • The Blue Falcon strikes again!

  • why on earth would you clap while they're getting smoked?

  • LMAO i remember this shit LOL.. hella funni LOL

  • A Real Marine doesnt talk shit because he is busy being a Marine.

  • @OreoExtremist oorah

  • when we got smoked in mcrd sd in was in the dirt and not fun

  • @bmw0311bmw im sure it was a real smoking since you're actually in an mos that matters.

  • what company is this? this happen on family day right? hehe fort Knox one of my great memory and i really miss it :(

  • where s the love? these guys just got out of basic, and she supports her husband by making fun of him and his platoon. way to go

  • Mama mama can't you see what the army's done to me...

  • Thats all? Lucky SOBs

  • Hooah. Deploying to Afghanistan this November!

  • @greencupofdeath have fun

  • LOL the familes thinks its cute and clapping if they only now lol.
