For the life of me, I cannot make any sense out of Melissa Huckaby's actions against that child...Was she always a child predator, just kept it under wraps very well? This behavior is so unusual for a female. You never know what monsters lurk in the world, at the day care centers, the churches, the schools. I'm so glad my children are grown...this case upset me so much that I doubt I would let them out of my sight for very long if they were still little.

maybe if he was really charged for child abduction maybe he did it but shes just trying to cover up for him, or maybe she accidently killed her and didnt want to break the news to her family because they would think she did it purposly or that everyone would hate her so she put her in a suitcase and got rid of her so she wasnt held responsable, but that wouldnt explain the rape. if shedid do it i hope she gets tortured and raped in prison everyday till she dies and goes to hell!

Sounds to me like the daughter was not placed with the father. He kept saying "from what I understand" like he wasn't even having visitation with his daughter. Just my thoughts.

That's what I thought also when he said "she's in a safe place". I would assume he would say she is with him if he was given the guardianship.

He lives in Kansas, and Melissa was working through a Kansas attorney to try and collect back child support. I don't think this man has had a chance for a relationship with his daughter, bc he claims Melissa lied about him to the court and he was only granted supervised visits. He's two years younger than her, only 26 now. I think he's remarried and has other kids. I may be wrong, but I read a couple of articles about him last night in Kansas newspapers online.
