Great series of videos, thank you for posting. I'm suffering from adrenal exhaustion, it's been 7 years now, and i have discovered this to be adrenal glands issue only a few months ago. I thought i had mental problems, respiratory system problems, sleep problems etc, but this is all due to dysfunctional adrenal glands. I had to quit my job and get back to living with my parents because i couldn't take the high tempo and the work load at my job. Now i'm just praying to make it through the day.
@aerozg It wasn't until recently that I realized I was consuming large amounts of caffeine thanks to deception by VPX Power Pump 7 (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine = Caffeine). I had been using this stuff for about 2 years straight. Every time I went off of it I would get sick. One day I decided to read up on each ingredient. Once it hit me I was suffering from the side effects of caffeine addiction I quit. Any drink that touts energy very likely has caffeine or one of its relatives.
and how are you doing now? I hope you are doing well. I recently also discovered that its actually not the Adrenal glands that are causing me problems, but the Pituitary gland, which is the Master gland and tells all the other glands in the Endocrine system what to do. The Adrenal glands are just responding to the Pituitary gland input. So basically, the adrenals are secreting abnormal levels of hormones into the blood stream making my life a living hell :((
@aerozg Over coming adrenal exhaustion is possible. It requires absolute attention to your diet AND lifestyle. Caffeine and other stimulants take a huge toll on adrenals. Every situation you face that causes stress can effect the adrenals. However if your diet is correct for you then you can MANAGE the stresses much easier (have a buffer). The paleo diet switches you to fat burning vs. carb burning. Carbs are a faster reacting energy source. Sugars especially. Try the paleo diet.
thanks for the tip. My girlfriend is a professional nutritionist and she wrote a special diet just for me. I am already feeling some improvement, but my condition will take a long time to turn around, probably a year or so.
Dr. Borkin. Hello there. I am stage 3C AF sufferer (according to Dr. Micheal Lam). Dr., what can we do or who can we contact to inform the medical community that AF is REAL and that there are real people out here suffering tremendously. There is no ICD code for AF so the insurance companies wont recognize it. The WHO just recently recognized it as a legit illness. In the meantime is there any organization that can pioneer the legitimacy of adrenal fatigue? Thank you
I love the information presented in these videos. As a person who is struggling to get help from adrenal fatigue, this just validates all of my symptoms and concerns. The simple solutions to 'fix' adrneal exhaustion don't always work. I've often felt something was missing. I particularly enjoyed the video discussing the use of electrolytes/niacin. I just wish the video was more indepth in that discussion so I could learn how to help myself.

Is this part of a playlist? I'm having trouble finding the playlist. I'm kind of lucky to have finally found Video 1.

One thing that really helps adrenal fatigue, other than hydrocotisone, is liponano C. It's pricey, but it can help enormously.
