  • OMG, thank you... I thought it was only me using this... I was making a mess every time I was doing this, now I know how to avoid the mess XD

  • Pause at 0.46 and look at her eyes soo funny!

  • love the bag turban!!!! lol! great video!

  • You've probably heard this alot, but your eyes are GORGEOUS! I wish I had big eyes! :D

  • Can u do this on hair that is highlighted?

  • she's beatiful....

  • Thx a lot. U just save my life :-)

  • can you use this on color treated hair?

  • I can never get over the smell either. :/

  • Ah I do the bag the exact same way

  • @TheJayPm sweet! i felt really dumb doing it, cause i wasnt sure if anyone else does it that way, haha

  • is it supposed to sting a bit?

  • @goldendoggie82 not sting..tingle yes..but definitely not sting....you may have a cut or pimple that its burning a bit.

  • Why not just dump it on your head? Is it bad to get it on the ends or something?

  • @rolliepolie1 i suppose you can...but i prefer to take it section by section to make sure i've got everything covered. Same concept when dying your hair with boxed dye...know what i mean?

  • ima try this but at the end u look kinda like a smurf xD

  • What is your routine? How many times a week?

  • You should actually use lukewarm or room temp water and organic "With The Mother" ACV, not just any random kind. It should not be clear. Try Bragg brand.

  • im a molato (white and black mixed with indian and a whole buncha other stuff) and my hair is thick, curly and medium length Im also from the caribbean and in our weather and humidity, things like the ACV scent doest go away as you would think. Im wondering if i can shampoo and use this soak between conditioning and how long should i wait before rinsing?

  • @LeslyScott rinse it out after an hour or so...you can shampoo and condition normally after

  • can u do a porno?

  • @xiDnYz who says i havent....DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNN, lol just kidding. I havent

  • @xiDnYz .........>>

  • I use braggs brand.

  • @heavenwithin81 good brand! hard to find! i just bought something of theirs from the grocery store the other day..i think it was the amino acid bottle........hmmmmmm

  • I think your stunningly sexy. :)

  • Can I use ACV as a shampoo? Can ACV be used on scalp? Cos i thought baking soda must be used as a shampoo and ACV as conditioner. I'm confused. Btw i have a flaky scalp..

  • @BeauHappiHealz i wouldnt use it as a shampoo. You can definetly use it on your scalp, but i wouldnt substitute it for shampoo. i have personally never heard of using baking soda and ACV to replace shampoo and conditioner...so im not much help there...im sorry.

  • Thank you soooo much for sharing this vid. I'm gonna try it! You are my kinda girl - so funny :) you'd be a trip at girls nite! Gracias, Seniorita! :)

  • your hair is so pretty, even if its dirty :D. My hair is similar to yours, i find that the dirtier it gets the prettier which makes me sad when i have to wash it and redo it lol

  • @erciliah29 oh man i totally agree!!! second-third day old hair is the best!! even the next morning after a long night hair is alwayyysss better than the first day you actually style it! Im glad someone else feels the same way!! haha

  • @James1234567813 "Oh....lol...........*unsubscribe*" LOL

  • @James1234567813 i did, but not for too long, lol. You wash it out! haha

  • @James1234567813 a little bit of column A...and a little bit of column B...

  • @James1234567813 here is a weird fact about me, and EVERYONE i know makes fun of me..but i have to smell EVERYTHING!! every bite i take out of the same exact meal, i have to smell....not like a big wiff, but like...smell it before i eat it...even though ive been eating that meal for the pat 6 bites, i STILL have to smell the next 6

  • @James1234567813 i know..i dont know what possessed me to smell it...knowing damn well it stinks...

  • omg i thought only i used old bags for plastic caps. I used to buy them all them time but those plastic bags work GREAT. LOL i love it. great video

  • thats kool an expensive funnel wow we girls are so innovative..

  • yeah i needed this one because i put too much vinegar in and it was so strong smelling so i figured i better check it out on here. i love how it makes my hair feel really.. i love your bathroom. you remind me of kardashians

  • So funny when she does that face and says I made a mess

  • Thanks for the video! I have use apple cider vinegar before, but only as a rinse in the shower. It's nice to know another way I can try it!

  • @momojammers definetly worth a try!

  • Love your showerrr!

  • @carycouture its my moms!! and for dayyssss she was like "why does it smell like vinegar in my bathroom?!?!" hahaha

  • @VioletGardens youre right! The only sad thing is, this is my moms bathroom. I fell in love with a poor man, married him and live in a dump now. lol So no riches for me anymore! hahaha

  • It is true. My derm told me. I was suffering from dry scalp while I thought It was dandruff. I used ACV to cure it. I love the smell. To me it smells like a clean kitchen. A very nice video. Dandruff is usually caused by fungus. The sebum and skin and bacteria mix to make an off white flake, dandruff. Dry scalp is white. This treatment is Fantastic for dry scalp. It will help to remove loose dandruff as well. Have you ever drank ACV? Just wondering. Great video I love your eyes. They are perfec

  • Dandruff doesn't come wit itch. That is dry or even oily scalp. White flakes come from dry or over oily scalp. Dandruff is yellowish not white. That is why many people complain they are unable to cure it. If you have dandruff you have fungus. The dandruff in commercials is dry scalp. Never speak uneducated. It will bite back with shame.

  • @JustGlamorouslyAlive are you nuts?

  • Can you tell me where you bought the ACV !? I really want to try it cus i have dandruff ! ): Also, how do you keep your skin so clear !?! I don't have pimples , but I have little bumps and white spots on my face !! )':

  • @GUMbAllPOWER1 Hey! you can buy it at ANY grocery store! if not, try stores like whole foods or trader joes. But guarenteed most regular grocery stores like Meijers, krogers, etc have it (or if you're from canada, places like sobeys, zehrs, etc will have it too)

  • Can i do this with lemon?

  • @YurieAplus No, i dont think you can. The apple cider has different effects than a lemon. The lemon will only lighten your hair (if you left it in and went out in the sun) Other than that, i probably wouldnt, because i know lemon is bad for teeth enamel, cause it strips it. So i can only imagine what it might do to hair. HOWEVER, i've seen a few MIXED recipes on youtube and books that have lemon juice as an ingredient. but dont use it alone in your hair.

  • Did you use one cup vinegar?

  • @manicabeef ooops! yes 1 cup vinegar! 2 cups water! some people do equal parts of both, but im too afraid to use that much vinegar in my hair, so i like to dilute it a bit...

  • @mariammonroe

Thank you so much!! :) I will follow your recipe! Thanks again! :)

  • @manicabeef no problem! Let me know how it goes!

  • You seem kinda mean lawlss

  • @tessakinslovespink LOL! i swear im not!!!

  • hey i have your hair :D!! btw i love the way you talk and the vids

  • lol the bag on your head killed me. :P You have really pretty skin! I can't wait to try this.

  • It's a little smelly isn't it. My house mate keep complaining where is this smell came from. XD. That Heinz ACV looks familiar too.

  • @katkoben its veryyyy smelly!! lol@ your housemate...spray it in their room, then walk in there and go, "omg its your room!!!!!"

  • I heard that its supposed to be used on distilled water...have you heard of that too??? What is your thoughts on that..?

  • You wanna be using raw, organic, apple cider vinegar.

  • IT LOOKS HOT BABY LOL

  • I used it on my hair and scalp and I lost almost half of my hair. yes it made my hair soft and shiny and almost lost my natural curl but for sure have lost almost half my hair..... and I was already loosing hair, and advices???

  • @TheEmotionalAbuse oh wow! the only reason i can think of is that you may have left it on too long. Because you shouldnt have hair falling out! its either that, or if you didnt use APPLE cider vinegear...regular vinegar is too strong for your hair to be left in that long.....people use regular vinegar for cleaning purposes, thats how bad it strips hair....but apple cider should not have caused that. I would see your dermatologist asap. there should be no relation to this treatment if done right.

  • @mariammonroe I used apple cider vinigar exactly like urs, and left it in for 4 minutes only. do have any advices to decrease hair loss?

  • @TheEmotionalAbuse there are definetly ways to make your hair stronger and thicker, but if you are experiencing that bad of a hair loss, i strongly suggest you see a dermatologist.

  • @mariammonroe I will but d u have ways to avoid hair loss?? or a video for that reason? please reply or if ur gonna make a video please notify me, thanx.

  • @TheEmotionalAbuse nothing really to avoid it...its caused by stress, hormones, your period, something you may be eating, an infection, there are so many medical reasons...nothing that i can post here to be honest....you can also ask your family doctor to do blood work to see whats going on. He/she can also prescribe medication for it. If not, Rogaine is over the counter and a common solution for most people. Kinda like a quick fix...but its not permanent, you have to keep using it... =(

  • @TheEmotionalAbuse hi I hope I can help.Everyones scalp is different, personally i feel that Mariammonroe may have used too much vinegar, but all hairs are different.Maybe Mariammonroe's hair loves the acidity, but theres is a lighter recipe where it require 1 quart of distilled water..and 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar..try that. And also try to get your brush and tap it on your scalp to increase blood flo.

  • @TheEmotionalAbuse The reason that people experience hair loss is either from genetics, lack of proper diet, or poor blood flo.. Lets just say that your reason for your hair loss is the lack of blood flo. due to your low blood flow in ur scalp it may cause a buildup of sebum which suffocates the hair follicles and eventually shrinks in size.. apple cider vinegar removes the buildup because of its acidity and it also nourishes your hair.

  • @TheEmotionalAbuse The reason your hair fell out most likely is because you used too much vinegar and not enough water. Her hair may be stronger than your and may be able to take the amount. You should try less vinegar and more water.

  • can i drink any apple cider vinegar, or does it have to be a certain brand?

  • @MultiMAGICDAN There is no certain brand. But directions of how to take it vary depending on what you are using it for. the top 3 reasons are usually: diabetes, weight loss, and alkaline acid balance... If its for weight loss, you can buy the ACV (apple cider vinegar) capsules, cause it tastes and smells REALLY bad as a drink. But i found it way more effective to drink and get results. I put 1-3 tablespoons in a full glass of water and CHUG! but, you can just drink 3 tablespoons, then the water

  • @mariammonroe Thanks very much, im using mine for my heartburn lol apparently ACV has great impact on heartburn :-)

  • Hi!

I've used the other kind of vinegar (transparent) instead of apple cider vinegar, and it also worked good. Today I bought apple cider vinegar to do it right, and I hope it helps me :))

Thanks Mariam for your video <3

  • @Knit1For1Life Regular/white vinegar is best used for cleaning things. Also, i just found out that if you wipe white vinegar down on your cutting board BEFORE cutting onions, your eyes wont water or burn! But you gotta do it quick, cause after about 5 minutes, you'll need to wipe down again!

Apple cider vinegar is used more for curing illnesses, cleanign as well, and of course, weight loss. I tried the weight loss thing...it tastes disgusting no matter what. lol.

  • @mariammonroe

I agree with you. My mother told me that in the past they used to clean the fridge and other households with white vinegar, and I remember when I was a child that my mother bought herself ACV for weight loss. I tasted it last night and it actually taste like white vinegar but more stronger LOL

  • @Knit1For1Life LOL! it tastes soooo bad!

  • @Knit1For1Life But definetly try the apple cider vinegar! It shouldnt burn as bad as the regular vinegar. plus the regular vinegar might strip your hair from essential oils, and all the healthy stuff. Not to mention it can really dry out your scalp

  • I use one of those hair dye applicators (a new unused one from Sally's Beauty Supply) and I separate my hair into sections and just go down the roots with the tip of it- it's usually best to do in the shower... I just think the mist stinks up the entire room and not to mention I can't stand breathing it in!

  • @AmazingCrafts very good idea. Cause youre right...it DOES stink! lol!

  • @mariammonroe

Thanks again mariamonroe! Everything! worked out fantastically :)

  • Will this work for men?

  • how often do you do this? once a week? once a month? thanks again

  • @epicurious665 as often as youd like! however i personally wouldnt do it less than 2 weeks apart....if anything, maybe 2 times a month at most....

  • To stay free of dandruff I use white sugar cane vinegar - it stinks less than ACV. I put it on straight 5%, using eye dropper or a spray bottle, 5-10 min before shower, every other day. it works for me much better than any dandruff shampoo, and I save tons of money.

  • thanks a lot mariam !

  • @nierajp no problem!!

  • thank you for putting up this video going to try this tomorrow just wonderig how many times a week /month do you do this?

  • @tintin025 i personally have done this 2 times. I bought a product from india that isnt so stinky...and doesnt make a mess everywhere like this one did. one of my viewers recommended it, and im in loveeee! the problem is, im moving in 4 weeks, so that product is packed up in a box...maybe i'll do a tutorial on it in 5 weeks....once im moved in.

  • @tintin025

NOW to answer your question..you can do it as often as youd like...i personally wouldnt do it more than once every 2 weeks....i just dont think its necessary.

i have done it every OTHER month though.

  • @G0G0GadgetAlex awww thanks, hahaha

  • pretty =)

  • @Giomarsito i think i look the best with the bag on my head...haha

  • @mariammonroe can i use other vinegar instead of apple vinegar? i am having severe dandruff problems and losing quite alot of hair can this treatment helps? Previously my hair really thick thn with this problems its thinning and the thickness of the hair strand is becoming very thin too... pls help me.. T_T

  • @nierajp you CAN, but the other vinegars are really only meant for cooking, where as to the apple cider vinegar is used more for health problems...

if you use the other vinegars, it prolly wont work...

if your hair is thinning, my advice to you would be to see a dermatologist. Sometimes its just because of the foods you are eating! its true!

or of course, the number one cause...stress....or excessive, harsh brushing which in turn causes the "balding" fallout patches on your head!

  • y didnt u use 2 cups of each

  • @lilmovieman407 great question! The reason i diluted the vinegar is because it does have a tendency to "change the color" of dyed hair. My hair is normally this brown shade, but i've darkened it even more for the summer..For some reason my hair lightens VERRYY easily in the sun...so if i dye it, it lightens to my natural shade, lol. Sad, huh?

However, most recipes for this concoction DO actually call for 2 equal parts. (2 cups water, 2 cups vinegar, etc)

  • this is a really great idea! i9 will have to try it! will it strip hair colour though...the last thing i want is for my greys to show haha!

  • @fictionwriter04 haha, it doesn't strip permanent hair color dyes, but it does change the shade sometimes!

your hair dresser dyes it a great color, cause i thought it was all yours this whole time!! haha it really suits you!

  • @mariammonroe thank-you :) My natural hair colour is actually a very very light brown colour (with some grey LOL). I used to have blond highlights so it all looked like a dark blond. Didn't match my naturally black eyebrows though LOL

  • Henna - colorant, hair conditioner & restorative

Amla - hair nourishment, delays graying & hair fall

Harad - protects from UV rays, delays graying

    Bahera - maintains hair color

Neem - anti-microbial, fights dandruff & hair fall.

    Brahmi - hair vitalizer.

    Kapur Kachari - antiseptic.

Lemon Oil - astringent, fights dandruff.

Coconut Oil - promotes hair growth & nourishment.

  • I never thought about using apple cider vinegar in my hair lol I could recommend an alternative (something i use) Its by a brand called Dabur - its Vatika coconut hair oil. It contains coconut, henna, lemon, indian gooseberry (amla) etc Just message into hair leave on for a few hours or overnight then wash off with shampoo. It will really improve texture and strength of your hair. The lemon is good for an itchy scalp. Since i've used it my scalp has stopped itching. Give it a go if you want.

  • @ftegger4347899 hey thats sounds wonderful! im going to research it and see if i can buy it online or in my city! thanks alot!

  • @ftegger4347899 i didnt bother to look around town..i went straight to ebay and bought some dabur products! Thanks for the tips! Cant wait to try them!

  • @mariammonroe lol glad you got hold of them - hope you love them as much as i do - you could perhaps do a review as well :)
