the new ones (since dec 2008) have all 7 gears if automatic shift is used. manual still at 6 gears

Hi, I own a 335i DCT stock

Maybe I´m completely wrong but i read that DCT gearbox wouldn´t suport much more than 400Nm...

What do you think?

You should use a GPS next time. My top speed was 294 km/h and still ~200 rpm left. Check my top speed video if interested.
