Cool deal about breaking even, but now you may have to pay some taxes on the overage, hope you kept all your receipts for strings and whatnot, maybe you can even write off your coffee ;)
A coffee deduction--wouldn't that be nice! What form would I write that on... I'm sure it's in the tax code somewhere, right? It is essential to songwriting, after all! Ha, ha!
So getting that little bit more per CD from cdbaby helps then:) and at least you've only been blinded into Ingrid Michaelson glasses by your experience and not robbed into being as blind as Mr Magoo hey Leesha, mind you, have you allowed for the taxes in your calculation? If you haven't, the way the UK governments been shelling out the electorates money lately, you'll probably find they've already made a provision for it:))
Glad 2C we've still got the same adorable gal that we started off with
I didn't even think about having Ingrid Michaelson glasses! That's funny. It seemed like every frame in the store is of a similar style-- at least in the cheap-o section where I shop. :-)
Yeah, I've figured in all the tax stuff (sales tax too). I think I broke even back in December but held off getting too excited until I crunched all the numbers for Uncle Sam.
Uh, oh, you've snitched away your profit margin months now, I guess that means either the glasses have got 2 go back or the T-shirt deal is going to have to become a string vest win if u dare competition if you haven't already got 1 in! lol
Why not churn out some piano classics for us imbetween rem and non rem sleep periods, should turn out a dream;)
You look great in those glasses. Good luck to my buddy noliketoregister on the contest. I know he's a big fan and has probably seen every last one of your videos. Next time I see him I bet he'll be wearing that t-shirt! :)
Annie, Little Red Riding Hood, you get all the redhead roles.
(Wondering... Were you the Little Red-haired Girl that Charlie Brown always had that secret crush on? Though often discussed, I'm pretty sure she never actually appeared. So even if you weren't, or if your modesty has you denying that, we'll never really know for sure.).
I did play Patty in "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" in high school...! I thought we did see the little red-haired girl in one of the Peanuts Holiday Specials? Maybe not. You're the cartoon expert, so I'll take your word for it!
And I never thought Little Red Ridinghood had red hair-- just a red cape. Good thing red heads CAN wear red. :-)
Uh, maybe you are right, and the Little Red-Haired Girl DID in fact appear in a TV Special, maybe even the the Valentine's one. (I'm NO toon expert, I assure you.)
In fact, since you've appeared in a Charlie Brown play, list Lucy & Linus as one of your favorite pieces of music and you actually, honest-to-goodnessly, say 'Rats!' from time to time (thank you for that), I think you may the real Charlie Brown afficianado here.

She's cute! I don't know enough about her stuff to play in the contest, so I'll just review her existing videos, and look out for new ones. *gryn*
