She's a relative (2nd or 3rd cousin, I think)- In my family we all have strong hair to begin with. None of the men have any baldness whatsoever and the women have hair you could use for suspension bridge cables...
Anyhow, the shampoo is a good product, but I'm pretty sure she was born with that kind of hair to begin with. That's the advertising industry- telling half-truths all the time. They most likely put lots more effort into making her hair look dry and crappy than anything else...
