There is a huge difference between contemplating the idea of killing someone and actually DOING it. Who hasn't felt betrayed enough to fantasize about violence? Especially in high school? The tone of this song doesn't feel literal to me; it feels more like an attempt to capture that moment of RAGE when you find out your friend has stabbed you in the back than an actual story about murder. I think it does a great job of that.

nope, the drummer John didn't go to uni, in fact he's now the singer Jemina Pearl's guitarist in her solo band. truth is, looks like BYOP split right down the middle. i doubt they'll ever reunite, what would be the point? they'd probably be 30, and this is teenage music. looks like Paramore beat them out in the end, i never would have imagined Hayley (Williams) would be more popular than Jemina tho, i mean Jemina's way hotter, nobody can scream like Ms. Pearl!

all my friends always said the same thing, that Jemina really truly WAS BYOP, and its the truth. when i saw them live the only person i was fixed on was her, she has this amazing aura about her onstage, it just makes the world stop for a little while, and it was the best concert i've ever been too. from what i hear i dont think she'll have a big single from her new solo record, but let's hope she proves to any nonbelievers that she really is this generations frontwoman, i still believe she can.
