This is a great video, captures everything perfectly. While I lost a bit of my taste for John when he started dissing their early hits as 'stupid little songs', seeing videos of him before the bitterness set in is heartwarming. George will always be the favorite for me...his guitar was simply amazing during and after the Beatles. I often wonder how successful the group would have been had they never been seen, but just heard.
I CRIED AFTER HEARING WHAT RINGO HAD SAID AT THE END....HAPPY TEARS THO, KNOWING THAT THEY HAD THAT FOR AND WITH ONE ANOTHER...NICE JOB ON THE VIDEO..THANKS FOR POSTING...ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BAND EVER, PAST, PRESENT, AND JUDGING BY HOW ITS GOING, FUTURE TOO..

Wow. Thank you for posting such a beautifully eloquent video showcasing The Beatles & their personal & musical journeys with one another. This was so well put together & beautifully realized, & it really warmed my heart & hurt my soul at the same time. These guys gave so much of themselves to the world & while their hardships gradually showed on their faces, their great music always remained. The Beatles will always continue to be my favorite band of all time, and this video is one reason why.
@HolyMotherofGrid you had to ask? just go out and buy ALL of their music, listen to it for YEARS, and learn it by HARD. their music is here to stay forever, long after you and i are gone... seriously :))
Wow, this is really great. Thanks for making this- this is awesome :) I abosolutely love the Beatles, and I'm 14. My mom loved them as well, being born in the middle of Beatlemania, she recalls a few things back then, and was a huge fan aswell. My uncle bulldozed over all his Beatles records, so I know every side of the Beatles... this makes me want to watch the Anthology again.
This is so awesome and I'm glad that I have the chance to share this with my daughter who is in college and her minor happens to be "music" therefore she and her music buddies of her generation can also enjoy these wonderful artists/musicians. Thank you so much for posting this video. May they be remembered another 100 years from now.
Beautiful video! It makes me nostalgic, but happy at the same time. I can only wish that I could have been born when The Beatles were still together, but I at least their music still lives on. Again, lovely video. Thank you. :]
the 3 of them singing into one microphone is cool....the beatles had the music and great personalities, especially at the beginning of their career that people really liked...and their manager, Brian Epstein presented them well
the best band ever without a doubt! it was a great experience they all had in the beatles and the world will always remember john paul george ringo! legendsssssssssssssssssssssssssss
this was a beautiful vid. i almost choked up, it shows the beatles and to look bak at them is just an amazing feeling. i may not have been there when meet the beatles was out or let it be but i do know that they changed the mucis revolution and that they're music will never die.
Very nicely done. Playing "In my life" from start to finish tastefully captures the reflective mood of the images and exhibits the beauty inherent in just one of hundreds of memorable Beatles tunes. The little 6 note opening guitar solo reminds me of Central Park the Sunday after Lennon died. After a period of silence, a band played and sang songs so faithfully it sounded like Beatles recordings. This was one of their last. I can smell the leaves and feel the cool December air. Thanks.
the beatles would have been NOTHING without george martin's contribution, ed sullivan introducing them to the world (well the beatles would have probably been known about later but still), brian epstein or without each other. it just seems like the perfect amalgamation happening all at once in a point of time which changed the course of music in history. i'm not criticizing anything. the beatles were talented themselves, and they needed each other to be so popular and successful and SO AMAZING.
Man, I still associate this song with the gross taste of Easy Bake oven cake! I got the oven that Christmas of 1965, and my older sister got the Beatle album!
Yeah I wish I was alive back then as well, today is crap compared to then I don't care if you wouldn't have high-tech computers and crap, but you would have The Beatles, many many other great bands, and muscle cars to =P
Can you believe that a lot of people in my seventh grade have never heard of them? sad, just really sad it is...i figured everone has heard of them! But great music is being replaced by repetitive beats and bad language...i fear what the future of music holds :(

Really lovely, PattyBoy! Gave it 5 stars, too. Thanks for putting it together. You're a young person with awesome taste and a really good eye for catching the beauty that was the Beatles. Can't believe you made this when you were just 13! Talleyrander, I was also at Shea as a 14 year old...weren't we just so lucky!?
What a beautiful job - thank you - I was there at Shea Stadium-just becoming a teenager and loving their sound. My friends & I would sew our light colored jeans on - to make them fit really tightly and wear the same type of boots that the beatles wore. This brings back such wonderful memories--they were way ahead of their time!! BEATLES FOREVER- This came true!!
