Some people consider hacking to be 999 stats and a wonder guard, some people consider skipping hours of breeding though a external device hacking. This issue isn't going to be resolved until someone makes a "Pokesav clause". That way pokesavers can battle pokesavers and people who put effort into their pokes can find others who don't cheat. It's a dream, but it might happen one day :)
I'll give a quick example to try and get my point across. Some one who breeds vs a pokesaver. last poke each, same poke. same EV spreed. Breeder has 3, 31 VI stats and a 30 IV in speed, the pokersaver has 31 IV in everything of course, out speeds and wins. You don't see that as slightly unfair?
Breeding aside, legendary pokemon with 31IVs, right nature, and the correct hidden power at full strength. Why do people think they would have access to that without a cheat device?
I know that the make legit pokes, that's not my point. They make pokes that you could theoretical get without the pokesav, they just do it instantly. It's a little bit of a slap in the face for those of us who spent 20+ hours raising a poke. I have no problem with pokesavs VS pokesavs, that leads to some interesting novelty pokes which just wouldn't happen in the conventional way. I just wish the two ways of doing it where more segregated, that's all.

They stack. 3 layers of spikes = 25% hp of damage. 1 or two layers isn't that much.
1 layer of Toxic Spikes just inflicts Poison, 2 layers inflicts Toxic. (Though, Poison will arguably do you more as pokes may not stay in for 3 turns to make it worth it, and it costs you an extra turn to boot)
they are put up to like they would be if you got it up to lvl100
however u do need to ev train, hav good nature and ivs my Ev training vid explains everything exept IVs, there just hard to explain not that i don't know how they work

Try to use 2 layers of Toxic Spikes (against an opponent with no Quick Feet/Guts/Marvel Scale pokemon), 3 layers of spikes, and 1 layer of stealth rock! Then keep using Roar. It will definetly hurt alot of pokes

specs mence has awesome type coverage and draco meteor, he's got solid speed and good special attack, one of the best specs users, prolly better specs user than band user too

Spikes is different. 3 layers of spikes is 25%, and fewer layers are....well, less.

Try to use 2 layers of Toxic Spikes (against an opponent with no Quick Feet/Guts/Marvel Scale pokemon), 3 layers of spikes, and 1 layer of stealth rock! Then keep using Roar. It will definetly hurt alot of pokes
