She gets the SAA Revolver from Snake after the motorcycle chase, cause she loses it during the fight.

I swear with the Patriot you can eat alive any of the goons that are sent after you. I've even run-and-gunned as Tuxedo Snake in a play-through. Of course, using CQC is much more satisfying.
