  • I heard the Mukkiri so beautiful !

  • Gosh,, I shouldn't have laid my eyes down on those hateful comments.

could u guys just screw up each other somewhere else?..plssssss

  • @Konvictedjeezy and @toki1221 You guys need to settle down or take your hate somewhere else. That is why this world is so screwed up. People need to get along. Stop dwelling on the past even though it is so bad. You are living in today and unless you got a time machine you should at least try to get along. On my page anyway. If getting views means I gotta watch two people hate eachother then I dont need views.

  • Didn't you get the memo??!!

  • can someone tell me if the sample CD has a number of vocal and instrumental phrases on it (like two or four bar phrases, etc) ? if so, are they organized by BPM and/or key ? or does the CD just contain recordings of entire instrumental/vocal performances ?

  • @vxqqqq they are organized by both rpm and key depending on the instrument. Check your inbox for more info.

  • I like this, thank you for posting your music.

  • Yeah man! This is true roots! My Japanese Grandmother has Ainu blood as well ! Thanks again for posting so many interesting vids here!

  • Why are people typing such hateful comments? It's MUSIC!!! O___O

  • Ainu Anakne Pirka

    Ainu Mawko Pirka

  • I'm pretty sure toki1221 isn't japanese. whatever. Really cool music!

  • @yskor3 Thanks. Yeah I am with you on that one.

  • @toki1221 I don't think your japanese.

  • @toki1221 Well you used your so called japanese "heritage" as something to brag about, when usual people regardless of whether or not the come from this country or Japan tend to not brag about it, Second of all I've seen that photo somewhere on google...

  • Comment removed

  • @toki1221 Actually that photo is a thumbnail from my video, and foreign people? Like you I have Japanese heritage (Mom's Jap-American), I'm sorry that I got the wrong impression of you, I thought maybe you were a poser. Despised? I never said anything about despising you... Nor did I call you a gaijin... Wel whatevs bro.

  • @toki1221 分かりました:)

  • @toki1221 Just say they're trolls, you don't need to mention that they're Asian. The colour of one's skin or the features on their face don't make them assholes, its the narrowness of their minds. I'm Australian born Japanese and honestly I don't give a second though that the Ainu are a unique and important people. Even if ethnic Japanese can not grow out of their prejudice, we should be the people as the next generation to overcome this!

  • @toki1221 I know only too well about prejudice. I know how a lot of Asians from the continent are, clinging on to their old beliefs and traditions. Unfortunately that's how it is in this world, there will always be unintelligent people. I've been to Hokkaido and seen Ainu areas and it is some of the most beautiful places in this world. I hope you do not judge me because I am the son of the people who took your Ainu way of life, but rather as someone who shares the same love of our nation.

  • Listen to this while you are stoned.

  • Is this a sample or the full song? by the way can someone tell me who sings this song

  • @bobfari In reply to both your comments. Both songs are full for Okinawa Tradition and Spirits From Ainu. The song was song here by Ando Umeko a good friend of mine. Both songs are very famous and very old. I do not know who the original singers are. I will put up the titles in the description for both songs. Thanks for your comments!!

  • Why can't we all just listen to the music and get along? You demean yourselves and do a disservice to the musicians who produced this music.

  • @GaladedridDamodred I not catching you there.. The Ainu musicians who helped record this album (sampler) are all good friends of mine. They were honored to be able to share their heritage and customs with the whole world. It has just been recent since the new era started taking an interest in the Ainu people. Even here in Japan, the culture is starting to be recognized for who they are and not just another Japanese.

  • @DiscoverySound I was referring to people who commented previously. tok1221 and july071992 and those of their kidney and such turkey's necks.

  • @GaladedridDamodred My bad.. Thanks for clearing that up. In this case point well taken...

  • blah, blah, blah, filipino even don't deserve to talk to Japanese. you should already start to dig ur own grave for yourself.

  • Comment removed

  • @toki1221 yeah your people owe everybody in east asia. chinese, koreans, okinawans, ainus, filipinos, thais. but one day, you'll pay for what your people did. the hiroshima and nagasaki bombings are not enough.

  • @mc3260 this is kind of different from that.

  • @Richandy6 yes.

  • ainus are the proof how evil these fucking japs are.

  • @july071992 It was a bad move on the japanese part, yes, but so did pretty much every country. Or are there as many American indigenous people today as there once was? All nations built upon America (as in the continent as a whole, not just USA or North America) decimated indigenous people. Let's not judge others as we expect them not to judge us from mistakes from the past.

  • @jaojaolaolao Well said!!!

  • @seymorekol Thanks!!!

  • awesome rated+subscripted

  • nice track man freaking great song

  • DIVERSITY IS STRENGTH!!

  • yeah agree diversity is..but ppl back then didnt understnd that... they just wnted to kill all da ntivs to get hold of their lands instead of talkin to them!!!

  • the beginning sets

    this clip

    up

    perfectly

  • @cratturyoura Thanks for the awesome comment!!

  • My Ainu.We rememeber those days when there were no technology, When we were free and with nature. We didn't feared death or any gods and respected the cycle of life. Then genocidal tribes invaded us. Yes They killed us because there were jealous to see us happy and one with nature. Now look at them living in IRON cage made of clay. LOST. My AInu brethrens rest in peace . They will never undestand us.

  • @ne0eagle I feel for you. My ancestors are Native American and got the same deal. But at least today your culture is free from persecution like in those evils days. I hope everyone who is interested in the Ainu culture will be touched by this video.

  • @DiscoverySound So beautiful i envy you both, i can't trace my ancestry, i'm a mix of several african tribes and portuguese colonies as well as german descent.

Wish i knew more about my past.. treasure your roots my friends.

  • This is dope.

  • @Reocod not as dope as your comment. Thanks.

  • wonderful

  • @omophagia Glad you enjoyed it. You can always make your own samples using the Ainu samples.

  • In case anyone wondered, the song is Pekambe Uk. Umeko Ando was featured posthumously in an episode of the anime Samurai Champloo, and the episode featuring this song was dedicated as a tribute to her. (Episode 17)

It is an incredibly beautiful song.

  • @TrashcanCandyRae Glad you noticed. They did use my samples. :)

  • mucho gracias!!

  • @simplesa thanks for watching. It truly is

     beautiful.

  • この音楽を聞いていると、心が洗われるような気持ちになります。

  • This affected me in a way I really can't explain. Just beautiful. We can't allow this kind of music to die out.

  • Thanks for the compliment. This is one reason I recorded the sample CD. If enough people become interested they can make the music right from their computer. I made this sample from the CD samples.

  • A truly amazing culture.
