What's this song about? Here's my theory: The "County Gaol" is more like a hotel than a prison, with parties, and people breaking in to attend the parties. And Sergeant Baker - the new man in charge - won't let it go on a moment longer!

@Doogs13 I'm a fan of 10cc & admire Kevin Godley's musical talent, but let me tell you he's not a "real" drummer & therefore in my opinion should be positioned at the back of the band & not at the front of the stage as if he were Buddy Rich or Gene Krupa.
