nah, it's Patrick Seitz. Listen to and compare it to his Frederic Chopin voice in ES, Luke Valentine in Hellsing, and most of all(for the angry lines) Ragna from Blazblue.

the guy who did the voice over for him in warcraft 3 was asked to do it but Blizzard offered him an embarrassingly low amount of money to do it. And because of that he decided not to do it.

Well Ner'zhul would still live, and I assume that someone else would've been used to summon Archimonde (maybe a raised Antonidas?) and then The BUrning Legion would be in the world.

And since Ner'zhul would NOT have a Champion that would work against the Legion, then the Burning Legion would be a lot stronger, and would possibly win at Hyjal, and then making Azeroth a case much like Argus, and then how interesting a game would WoW have been?

There is a new voice actor for Arthas in Wrath of the Lich King. You don't have to look far to find that out. Plus...if you have played Warcraft 3 you can instantly tell that they sound alot different. Bad choice in my opinion anyway.
