How is this "clinical" counselor supervison? The "supervisor" sounds very condensing and he keeps saying she "finally" got her certification. He doesn't give the counselor an opportunity to express herself as he asking a lot of yes and no questions. He doesn't talk about what clinical supervison is,what his or her responsibilities are, etc., etc. What is his education and expereince level? Congratulations to the counselor. I would not want this guy as my clinical supervisor.
