Vraiment fantastique! But was it definitely a victorious return from Fingal, as oneof the versions I have, by Irish group Cran, sounds more like a lament - played on the uillean pipes? But Lunasa's version sounds on the happier side; so which would be the more authentic? Or does it really matter when it's played so beautifully as in this video?

Having played for over 35 years (self-taught, then classically trained with a degree in classical guitar) I decided to get Pierre's "take" on a new approach to the instrument (tunings, etc.) I received the Guitar Book recently and already am learning to appreciate the instrument in a brand new way.
