Totally awesome!! Great bass playing. I can only imagine the people digging this, so many years ahead of it's time. More than Pushing the limits, busting the crap outa the barriers.
This man was light years ahead of even today's artist I can't believe I only recently discovered all these bad ass tunes. Only thing people give him credit for is Rumble.
I know 'different strokes for different folks' and all...but this has to be some of the coolest music ever recorded.

This is the final straw...it's time for me to dig out the Doug Wimbish Ibanez I've been ignoring, and learn this base line!

surethang27 10 months ago
@surethang27 Agreed. The more I hear this guy and go back to hear other much later bands, the more I can hear his huge influence.
riffmagos 10 months ago
@riffmagos pretty much EVERY rocker owes Link Wray... just ask Pete Townsend or Jimmy Page: they've both said it many times.
KayakMike1963 6 months ago
@riffmagos It's ok with a far out exaggeration if you are in love, I guess..

@Bagfuld Excuse me my english. I just meant that punk is much more than can be held within this fine piece of rock and roll.
