Kimber guns? Never heard of them. But glad that you have our famous Steyr guns in stock - not without reason they are avalaible and used in many armies and LE units all over the world ;-) BTW prices in the US are great!
lamenated sock rifles are heavy but its more durable than those plastic rifles stocks. if you drop a plastic rifle sock out of a treestand on a cold cold morning it will probley brake. if the lameated rifle stock was drop same thing as the other stock it will only have scratches thats all. beleave me beacause i tried it before..
i love the walk around vids of the gun stores, there's something interesting about it. here in England, you will never see a sight like this, i think that's why i like it so much.
Hi Nutn. Why do you allways say "there,s my ugly face" your not ugly, your are a good looking guy!! But i think what you mean, when i see myself on film i say the same!!! lol!!
i love all your reviews, the thing i hate is im only 13, so when i see a cool/good gun you review, i would want to buy it but i cant. also if you get the chance, will you be able to do more rifle(sniper) reviews because i like hunting and i want to go into the Army and then hopefully Sniper Training, and i just like snipers overall lol. thanks and again good job.
@TheModTutZoneJr Hey dude, im 15, i want to join the army aswell, but from what i read in your comment it made me think that you just want to join the army for the guns, thats probably not the case just my misunderstanding but dont forget that becoming a sniper is a very long and tough process, i would like to do that but i have other plans. Hope all goes well :P
If I had to choose a bolt action gun I would choose a winchester model 70 pre 64 with a 338 lapua, which is one of the best sniper rifles ever invented.
If I had to choose a bolt action gun I would choose a winchester model 70 pre 64 with a 300 mag. which is one of the best sniper rifles ever invented.
no thopsen center? I want a look at the warlord icon. a better gun than anything they had on that rack any how. wait till the name gets out all those dude's are going to be shooting tc. R-5 rifling what? oo yea .243 is the best tactical cartidge knowin to man feeds like 308 hit's like 6.8-6.5 better barrel life, flat shooting, 80gr at 3300 100gr at 2900 what a .243? yea every one in canada already knows this and tc icon's are the shit too bad you guys don't know yet.
huh cheap windrunner lol i won one but i never got it. somehow it never shown up in the mail it came with the .416 and i think .308 conversions this was 3 years ago and it was valued at $19k with the three barrels, bolts and 1 mag for each caliber
Horrible company. Don't buy from this place. Check out their reviews online. They have horrible customer service, extreme shipping delays, and are outrageously rude.

Horrible company. Don't buy from this place. Check out their reviews online. They have horrible customer service, extreme shipping delays, and are outrageously rude.
180 grain 30-06 is good to i use that for evey thing long range and i use a savege bolt action with 24in, i shoot bowling pins at 743yards (i used a range finder trust me i know)
THANK YOU! Great job covering bolt guns. I know tactical is important, but most gun guys are hunters and lots probably use bolt guns. Thanks for covering them.
On your debate about the savage vs remington 700, I own a remington 700 30-06 and i love it. ive shot both savage and remington but i believe remington comes out on top for accuracy and versatility.but thats my opinion.
ha well opinions very but the extended bolt handle and accutrigger (though a DAMN FINE!!! FACTORY TRIGGER)both are (in my opinion ) are features produced to try to keep up with R700s, in my opinion any modern bolt gun with a heavy brl will stand off with the next, but remington has the LEO/ MIL market on lock.
One thing I would like to see is a comparison of the older bolt guns like the lee Enfield SMLE, Springfield 1903, and Mauser K-98k to the newer ones. Maybe it's just because I'm a fan of the older guns and I love the history behind them, but I think it would be interesting to see how those old guns stack up in today's market.
That Remington Bolt action was a Remington 700 SPS Varmint.. Thats why they crappy stock.. The Rem 700 SPS Tactical has a Hogue Stock. The price tag was spot on for the tactical but about 200$ to much for the Varmint.
20" 308's shoot just as well out to 1000 yards as 24/26" 308's
20" is the optimum length for most powders to burn completely with almost no muzzle flash. Although longer barrels will still receive more velocity, Its all preference.
Trouble with a 300 win mag or any magnum is heat. As soon as that round heats up that barrel your accuracy is gone. Also you get way too much mirage in the scope from the barrel heat. 308 is the way to go. The name is Steyr. Pronounced ST-EYE-ER. Not stair.
How much do Impact Guns sell rocket launchers for? Im going game hunting in June and need something that'll take down a rabbit from about 5 feet away, We tried stinger missiles last year but failed :(
I am liking that CZ-95 with the walnut grips at 24:04. Actually more than most other guns you've shown us in this first part of the visit. *sigh* But it's just a dream that will never be.
Not that I'd want it to be, either, at that price. Though it all comes down to if I had the money to spare, and in that case, the price for it suddenly becomes non-issue. Plus, I'm not legally allowed to own a pistol due to age, go figure. So that's why I'm trying to get my hands on a Marlin Papoose.
(sorry clicked it early) ..inventory. I'll make a video next week of a walk though but I wont talk about their inventory like you do. Im not that privileged to get behind the counter lol. Though I cant say I have asked..
I think my Scottsdale Gun Club has more of a showroom and indoor range than Impact. Is this where they store their inventory though? Then I would say they could possibly be bigger than SGC. You definitely need to take a trip to AZ and do a video there. A good 5.11 tactical
I enjoyed this. Thanks for posting. I'm looking to get a Savage model 10 precision carbine and would appreciate any feedback anyone can give me about this gun. I'm looking for something light enough for stalking deer but sturdy enough for accuracy out to 500-600 yards. Thanks!
no use the guns against the private bankers on wall street that want to take over the world and strip u of ur civil rights threatening congress with martial law if they didnt pass the banker bail out bill, federal reserve is as federal as federal express.stand up never give up ur right to bare arms we need to revolt and take this country back from private banking
The reason I built my M40 clone on a Winchester Classic action is because I reload. The spring ejector slams my turned casenecks into the inside of the action.
With my Winchester I just slide the bolt back, tap the brass out. No dented necks...
Swap out the primer, necksize, charge and seat the bullet. All on the range if the wind isn't blowing...
feed wont madder much once you size your bullet for the rifle anyways. I have an 700 police sniper in 308 and 300 ultra mag. Once i sized the bullet they dont fit in the mag anyways
Hey all, just wondering if someones got a remington 700 LTR and im thinking about buying one cause there short and easy to carry around BUT would it be any good for hunting animals?pig, goat, deer and im lookin at a range of probly bout 200-500m.and also doing some target shooting. could i get away with the short barrel or u think i should go with a longer one?say 26inch.and ill be doing alot of walking during my hunts. any advice would be great. thanks
Nutn, you do so much for this project. you go out of your way do these store visits and everything else you do. Thank you so much, and keep up the AMAZING work.
i shot my first gun when i was 4. have been driving a quad since i was 4. driving a skidsteer since i was 6 and shot my first animal in the rockies when i was 8. most kids now a days dont ever get to try any of those things ever. and thats what is really sad about our society today. my grandpa has tought me my whole lifeto be able to protect myself if i ever needed. and i am completely capable to do so. my neighbors got robbed and they werent ready. if it were my house that would be differant.
That green sniper (Lapua) I have that same one, I'm not sure if its the same brand I have an Artic Warfare Magnum, and yes I would know too the Lapua is an awesome round, it is the most favored round by snipers today.
Hey Fancy, I love your videos man! But, I'm a little confused about your Bersa 380 comment. You "think" they jam? And had a friend who had it jam? I agree about the bulk, but the price is unbeatable!
utah baby the place to own big ass guns! Fun Fact: Utah is the only state in America where you can legally carry a gun on a college campus!
still I wish I didn't live in utah though it sucks! the alcohol laws are wierd, and the mormons are strange too! Utah is only fun if you like skiing and snowboarding or want to carry your big ass gun into school with you, not that anyone does though. give me a medical marijuana state instead!
I've got a 700 VTR, and I freakin' love it. The muzzle brake doesn't do anything except hide the barrel end which is actually a super nice feature for what I do. I like the slick stock w/ rubber inserts too, different strokes for different folks. Keep up the good work!
and btw savages are very nice guns i own a couple of them and they are very reliable never had a problem and extremly accurate i shoot at 300 yards with in the size of a quarter.
Could you please do a field review of the Steyr Scout?
NEMOSUFU 23 hours ago

Hey all, just wondering if someones got a remington 700 LTR and im thinking about buying one cause there short and easy to carry around BUT would it be any good for hunting animals?pig, goat, deer and im lookin at a range of probly bout 200-500m.and also doing some target shooting. could i get away with the short barrel or u think i should go with a longer one?say 26inch.and ill be doing alot of walking during my hunts. any advice would be great. thanks

i shot my first gun when i was 4. have been driving a quad since i was 4. driving a skidsteer since i was 6 and shot my first animal in the rockies when i was 8. most kids now a days dont ever get to try any of those things ever. and thats what is really sad about our society today. my grandpa has tought me my whole lifeto be able to protect myself if i ever needed. and i am completely capable to do so. my neighbors got robbed and they werent ready. if it were my house that would be differant.

Utah is only fun if you like skiing and snowboarding or want to carry your big ass gun into school with you, not that anyone does though. give me a medical marijuana state instead!

personally i think the trapezoidal barrel on the VTR looks kick-ass, i'd rather have it then the original R700.

I've got a 700 VTR, and I freakin' love it. The muzzle brake doesn't do anything except hide the barrel end which is actually a super nice feature for what I do. I like the slick stock w/ rubber inserts too, different strokes for different folks. Keep up the good work!
