Thank both of you guys! Thanks Renault for exploring this new market territory--creating the new territory, in fact! I'm American and it seems like you moved in front of the windshield right when he talked about North American market plans so I couldn't hear him!
Let's not forget that Renault's CEO, Carlos Ghosn, is a very clever guy who happens to be also the CEO of Japanese car manufacturer Nissan.
So Nissan and Renault are both run by a man whose vision of the future is heavily based on Electric Cars. As stated many times in the last years, he wants to be able to manufacture and sell pure electric cars in just a few years time, worldwide.. and he's on the right track with Renaul Kangoo, Fluence, Twizy, Zoe and Nissan Leaf...
i like electric cars, but where do you put food shopping? where is the door to stop things falling out? or is it just not built for that type of task.?
The price for the vehicle is good, but the battery is rented and the price is outrageous: 50 €/month in Spain for 5.000 Km/year, a minimum of 36 months. Also, no doors means it's easily vandalized if you leave it on the street.
Wow it's super cool! How much Kilometers can it covers with a charge? I would prefer having full doors with the window, it could be safer like that, even when it rains :) And by the way the guy talks like you hahahaha

Nice but renting the battery is not fun it should be included in this price.
Also no windows on doors will make it fun in winter :).
