At first, you don't enjoy it as much as you could because you play like a bunch of kids running after a ball, but when you get into it, you realize that both (handball an american football) are really tough sports, they bring up the best of strength, agility and, most important, TEAMWORK. I respect and enjoy American football, you should do the same with this badass sport we love here.

Basicly you have to put the ball in the goal without stepping over the goalkeepers line(the big blue line).You can only shoot if you are not in the line or if you are jumping over it at the moment you shoot.

Its pretty rough so a lot of fauls are allowed but you can hit people like its rugby or american football :)
