I pre-ordered my phone from an AT&T store at the Superstitions Mall on the first day I could order it and was told that if I did not have an email saying it was shipped I could come into the store on the 14th and pick one up from their inventory......I DID NOT get an email saying it was shipped, in fact I had to check online to find out it was BACK ORDERED////WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR AT THE STORE ONLY TO BE TOLD I COULD NOT CANCEL THE PREORDER....PEOPLE IN THE STORE WERE GETTING PHONES AND NOT ME

WHAT THE HELL AT & T. Friends who order the same way after me got their phone today. Your CS was rude and no help. WhY allow pre orders when you screw us. I'm going to purchase the iPhone 4S through Sprint because to me, AT&T's prices to their plans r overly priced! 21-28 days? that is just plain ridiculous! Sprint is the way to go, especially w/ their unlimited data and less wait!
