enjoyed this! trying to figure out what most artists do as far as scanning, copying. when I tried this i didn't care for the look of glued on peices on my work.... it's just me. maybe bitumin ties it together. I wish I could explain this better...do u understand what I;m trying to ask..heheh.
the board you used as a mat for putting the glue onto your collage would look realy good as an abstract painting aswell, from this angle anyway. do you ever work on a larger scale?... nice work x
Usually people buy them as is. I just put the works into a folio and they can select the one they want. I usually have a few folders in galleries as well as when i go to art trade fairs.
This is one of my most watched videos of yours. I tried it but wasnt too successful the first time around, but i wont let that stop me... Time for round 2. i'll keep you posted... Thanks
Hi Gary, looking back on this one I now realise how closely I was following your technique when making the picture of David... but not consciously ! Squares and circles...
Hi! What paint do you use for the ones you cut out from please? Do you have any videos of the process?

Bitumen is also refered to as Asphalt if you live in america. The bitumen just enriches the colours but also helps create depth in the work!
