  • taekwondo rox

  • lol

  • I don't get the video. Who are they talking about in this video about speed, power and acceleration? The white guy or the asian guy?

  • that's master Bren Foster..no wushu or sushi would defeat him..

  • @TeoSarp xD sushi wtf lmao

  • @TeoSarp lol

  • @TeoSarp

    I disagree...

  • @thepalacemaid well sir,based on what you disagree ?

Bren Foster currently hold a 5th dan Back Belt in Taekwondo, 1st dan Black Belt in Hapkido and 1st dan Black belt in Hwarang-do.has also studies Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiujitsu, freestyle wrestling and knife fighting.has also competed successfully as a body builder, winning the Australian bodybuilding championships.

Bren has won over 150 first place medals and has competetivly fought in over 200 matches.

  • @TeoSarp

If you cannot speak respectfully, pls do not speak about martial arts.

  • Video for the brain damaged generation

  • ¿Y quien gana?

  • yeah he said it, did you all get that? Speed thats right he said speed, and I've been telling myself this for a very long time.

  • the asian guy looks cute

  • @sudodojo of course bjj would win if you could hit them in the balls because bjj people practice punching in the balls thats why bjj is gay

  • @TheFightscenes i don't know wtf you're talking about i practice BJJ and i don't hit people in the balls. Hitting in the balls is for pussies

  • @xxsanesnipaxx hey just to let you know, in the real world if anyone drops down to guard, i will stomp the nuts. BJJ is just ripped off ground version of Judo. If you fight someone on the street who knows to avoid most common submissions, you better have another trick up your sleeve.

  • @takitezy7 actually BJJ is a ripped of version of Japanese ju jutsu and not judo, which is also japanese

  • @aido1987 Actually BJJ is a modified version of ju jutsu which is the ground fighting element of judo

  • @adidas99adidas yea but the Gracie's learned that off Maeda who is a Judokan, and with the help of some other dude who specializes in leg locks (sorry forgot his name) they created BJJ

  • @TheFightscenes You don't know what you're talking about friend. I've taken BJJ for the last 12 years and never trained in hitting in the balls.

  • @elvislvr111 can you please explain me what bjj is ?

  • @lollieboy29 brazilian ji jitsu or smth.

what program is this btw? anyone know?

  • @GinjisSun The program name is "Fight Science" i think.

  • Acceleration does not turn mass into power; it turns mass into force. Power is work over time.

  • No art is better than another! A punch is a punch a kick a kick its the same in all martial arts.its the martial artist who is better than the other.Kung fu is not a martial art the term Kung fu in Chinese represents art dance acting music ect. Wusu is a Martial art.

  • @ZONER4201 kung fu just means skill. even cooking is considered kung fu. the meaning of art in martial "arts" just means a skill not dance acting or music.

  • this is kung fu ignorante

  • Lol this is fight science

  • The truth that everything depends on the person not of the style…. In my opinion wushu is a peleador all land reason because takwondo this disadvantaged ones in a real battle

  • @jhon7416 Thats BS. Its combo of everything. Some arts are better than others its that simple. EX, @ men same physical build, same mental state. One trains JiuJitsu and One trains Wing chun. I know who im picking.........

  • @ barscotch have you ever been hit by one of those giant slabs of meat

  • LMAO awesome. Next time put your hands up asshole.

  • wushu will kick any martial artists ass....10th degree still wouldn't even have a competition against a wushu grand master...

  • @stigmatic79 Wushu is Martial Arts you should search it up ..

  • Taekwondo and wushu r awsome

  • Nice video both exponents used good techniques , thankyou to the person who posted this , I would like to know which documentary this is from ,I noticed the National Geographic logo. Martial Arts is about culture and learning and posting coments to insult or upset others is juvenile. These things should be left on the bus in elementary school.

  • This is how fighting starts martial arts used for in inner peace showing that their style is better got them to use offensive moves how dissapointing

  • Gaykwondo vs Gayshu! Good old Boxing is the best!

  • @ronadan Sure. Who doesn't love watching 2 huge, greasy slabs of meat punch each other for 8 minutes then hug for 30?

  • @barscotch ok ok, that is true :)...

  • ENTER SHIKARI!!!!

  • JIU-JITSU is a martial art..... BRAZILIAN jiu-jitsu GRacie jiu-jitsu etc are not.....!

  • I would just use a gun.

  • @slovan

cause you always carry around a gun with u ...

  • @Talbuk I don't have to, because there is very little crime where I live.

  • @slovan

so thats even better, no reason to shoot or beat up anybody ;)

  • lol sounds like a hospital for mental issues , poor guys what are they doing to them . if my dog would cry like that i would take him to a physician

  • nice vid........thumbs up !

  • How does it come that when ever I watch a tma clip, ther got to be mma and bjj trols al over the place, if u dont have anything good to say, dont say it !!!!!

  • i'm brazilian, i've trained jiu jitsu, and that is not really bad. now think with me, a person is rolling with you on the ground and you can escape. WHY would you roll AGAIN?

  • FIGHT SCIENCE

  • the combination of a raw street style with a highly discipline and deadly martial art styleis dangerous

    DIVERSITY & CREATIVITY

i recommend intergrating the combination of different moves from different disciplines in to a single style to best suite the specific needs and capabilities of an individuals bodu

MAKE YOUR OWN STYLE and expose yourself to all styles

  • @AudioDiversity Aaaah no the martial arts world don't need a bunch of single kuro-obi (black belt) or it's chinese equal, going out there and creating style because it looks good and may seems cool.

  • @AudioDiversity I agree with you but mix the right styles one hard one soft. Every style has a flaw I'm Chinese and I can point out flaws CHinese martial arts The biggest problem with Chinese martial arts is that it takes the practitioner a VERY long time to utilize it efficiently in a fight which is why there are more better fighters in karate than in kung fu being that karate is straight up fighting skill and kungfu is mixed of an art/skill(I know the art factor got in the way)

  • @AudioDiversity Exactly what I do. Ive taken several martial arts and could only learn the basics before having to move on for whatever reason. At first I had very little, but with so many styles I have options and can mix them into something different and win.

  • its taekwondo vs wing chun

  • @teleparker010 and that is not wing chun

  • sad that one takedown and all that is useless...

  • @FalloutBahis then why does mma fighters use them?

  • judging by most comment most people see martial arts as a sport or way of defeating your opponent, pity its much more than just fighting

  • @Beanerboy612 they just see the surface...many just don't know how deep it goes...

  • @AudioDiversity exactly

  • this is sooooooooooooo gay!

  • SPEED! fuck yeah that's why bruce lee was a MASTER

  • ring ring

  • duvido um lutador de mma derrubar um monge shaulin

  • wushu & taekwondo is totally useless against mma & brazilian jiu jitsu.

it's waste of time learning these two systems.

  • @BluePittbull666 not always

  • @BluePittbull666 Wushu and TKD are not just methods of fighting but discipline and body conditioning. Your statement proves your lack of discipline.

  • @BluePittbull666 Firstly, MMA USED to mean two or more martial art disciplines combined into one method. Now it means that brazilian jiu jitsu crap. Two men rolling around on the ground with their legs wrapped around each other and their dicks grinding against their opponents ass is NOT martial arts. Its just faggotry. All you punks are so caught up in that UFC bullshit. ever wonder why so many holds and attacks are prohibited in the ring?

  • @Amithrius LOL awesome commentary. but bjj is very lethal,OUT of the ring.i mean, some techniques should be awesome in a real no rule fight

  • @Amithrius When UFC started out. During the UFC 1-5 series sometimes there were no rules and the BJJ STILL WON!!! Not a fan of BJJ BTW.

  • @Amithrius the reason jiu jitsu is such a big part of mma is because in a "REAL" fight without using weapons it will end up on the ground 90% of the time, and jiu jitsu believe it or not is one of the most complicated martial arts out there. its not a martial art you can back down in or put space between you like in all standing martial arts, in jiu jitsu you cant run, you cant wait it out, your stuck face to face with your opponent. side note, ufc has less rules then most karate tournaments.

  • @Amithrius probably cause real martial arts can maim and kill people

  • @Amithrius Yeah? Funny. I bet I could kill you. Literally.

  • @AZNboi10921 Really, mr internet toughguy? Got your feelings hurt there? Dont like admitting the truth about your ufc idols to yourself huh?

  • @Amithrius it's just a sport. Its not considered as an effective self defense martial arts. BJJ is just for 1 vs 1 fight.

  • @Amithrius I hear ya but your wrong.. In the first UFC the only rules where no biting . You could even hit to the groin. Guess who won those comps?? BJJ.........

  • @Amithrius MMA isnt just UFC... There are a lot of less known circuits that are way better than all the Zuffa crap.

  • @BluePittbull666 : according to bruce lee : no matter what kind decipline ur in , as long ur take to to max level , it gonna be really deadly .. :3 ( sorry , for my bad english)

  • @w4rlocks awesome phrase! :D

  • @BluePittbull666 Brazilian jiu jitsu? what are going to do when 2 people attacks you? roll on the ground with both of them?

  • @BoneBeast and thats much more likely then just 1 person attacking

  • @BoneBeast actually BJJ if done right can take out people just as fast if not faster then many martial arts. also the effects are more permanent.

  • @BoneBeast knee one in the face then double leg the other one. Bjj is then effective in a street fight. Most people usually have people with them when they fight now too make sure that no one else tries to jump in.

  • @BoneBeast How about breaking some ankles? BJJ techniques just take long time if u fight against someone who is trained in grappling/groundfight too. Otherwise u jump at your unsuspecting enemy and choke him to blackout (trust me, it's incredible how fast this chokes work). I trained long time stand-up fight but this helps completely nothing against a BJJ fighter til I cant knock him out before he get into my range.

  • @BoneBeast mmm a double kick jet li style in the balls?

  • @BoneBeast

    Do a homo move?

  • @BoneBeast I've been in gang fights before. It was my best friend and I vs 6 other people. I got took someone's back and rear naked choked him while the others trying to kick me couldn't kick me because the guy was on top of me. So... I went up against 3 guys. Don't tell me you can't use BJJ in a street fight.

  • @AZNboi10921 Gang fights huh? Maybe that shit works on your little high school friends, not us.

  • @Amithrius First of all, I fucking hate the UFC. Second of all, fighting is not about the martial art, if you didn't know. It's about the fighter. So fuck off uneducated bitch and start using your brain before you get your ass handed to you over the internet.

  • @BoneBeast i thought they made it, in order to discover new ways to have three some, but ehh that's just me

  • Comment removed

  • @BluePittbull666

it really depends dude, I 've learnt teakondo but stopped & moved to jujitsu. knowing some of the kicks are useful. But yh jujitsu ftw. Wushu can be useful to an extent where u can stand ur ground and stand up if you're against a few people

  • @BluePittbull666 haha i think.... all martial arts think the same about BRAZILIAN jiu-jitsu..... i'm sorry i've practiced brazilian jiu-jitsu danzan bushido ryu jiu-jitsu aikido and kung-fu and i know any martial art can BEAT YOU easily.... is not the same brazilian jiu-jitsu compared to the real martial art JIU-JITSU.....

  • @BluePittbull666 Main tactic (and only real tactic in MMA) is Sprawl and Brawl....1 reason it's not a fighting style jsut a mash up of some techniques no harmony between styles. I'd also like to see MMA take on several fighters at a time.

  • so did Taekwon-Do lose to Wushu?

  • which one is this episode???

answer if you know please I am looking for this episode about 3 days now

  • That topless guy is trifling!

  • btw chinese martial arts came before japanese or korean martial arts, so keep in mind tae kwon do techniques are based off of some old chinese martial art techniques. same thing with karate.

  • @mudkipzuzu Same thing with every art and modern method of doing anything.

  • @Khyrid exactly.

  • Which one's wushu? because the first guy is Taekwondo and the other guy is Drunken Boxing!!

  • @BigDaddyWarfare14 I know you're trying to be smart and all but you just failed. -_- First, I don't see any drunken boxing, and second, learn what wushu means. Drunken boxing is a form of wushu.

  • I PLAY KUNG FU AND I LOVE KUNG FU

  • What I think is weird is.....guys argument that fights like this must be fakes by saying "watch MMA! This is real Martial Arts fighting and it looks totally different!"

When I see my masters fighting though, it looks almost the same.

  • @Dannyboyyay yea those people dont know what they're talking about, "mma" is mixed martial arts, MIXED! so its gonna look different.

  • whats the name of the taekwondo guy ? ? ? ??

  • @renzmaranx07

It looks like, his name is Loser.

  • why the wushu guy is screaming something strange all the time?

  • im a 8th degree blackbelt in pencil fighting.. i'll murder these 2 homos

  • @fyte4luv808 show us the video of u fighting and we'll see if u can really fight.I bet yur just a f at gey whos being a fag

  • is that Fight Science in National Geographic Channel?

  • @yuyanrui it is.

  • O.o

  • 5 people got their Taekwan Do blackebelts @ a McDojo

  • personnally, my favorite martial art is taekwondo, but whenever i see wushu, its so fluid and natural, and just so awesome to see, awesome vid btw :)

  • awesome technique demonstration!

  • Nice demo... But I was looking forward for the TKD to win...

  • @ChrisWindyBoy no chance :P

  • @heavenmonkey1 Why man???

  • @heavenmonkey1 I was joking. Don't be offended plz :P

  • Alex Huynh is awesome here!

  • I do Wushu. Wow. I'm SO for Wushu. (My rival does Taekwondo which makes it better)

  • Wushu all day dude!!!

  • Wushu win!.

  • what's this clip from?

  • @Angelusfighter i'ts from 'Galileo' a production run from germany

  • @Angelusfighter hi, it is from fightscience. You should see it it is on youtube, some episodes (4 or 8 can't remember) they test the impact of different techniques of different martial arts.

  • @Darbaz09 I think you should learn how to kick the shit outta someone's neck like me , so Muay Thai !

  • Well say and explain @AndyRaslan......

  • winch one off this are the best to learn kung fu, karate, tae kwon do, wushu, tang soo do, hapkido, kickboxing , mma can some one plzz tell me??

  • @Darbaz09 shaolin kung fu is definitely the best, i can't train that cause its too far away from me, but i have wushu and taekwondo in my town, i have trained taekwondo for 2 years, but im about to start training wushu instead next week!

  • @Darbaz09 Not the art but the artist, bro you should choose the one you feel most comfortable with, but after awhile leave your comfort zone, and try something new, me, I started with taekwondo, then I got into mma, and muay thai kickboxing and what not. So just work with what's given, and make it yours.

  • @Darbaz09 Aikido! always fun to dislocate joints on someone

  • @VictorMLight Haha funny that you say that cus i'm currently in Aikido at the moment. It's AWSOME!

  • @unwnsniper Its gotta be man aikido is a synonym for awsome

  • this is scripted

  • Really nice 540 kick at .12

  • The last moviment is called in Wu Shu: .Fck-You.

    jajaja....

The wo shu is the best.

  • @Zonemer wu shu is the same thing as kung fu , put it this way , oen part of kung fu they use it as martial art's only , but another part of kung fu they use it for sports, wusu is the sport side of kung fu

  • @scampest Gong Fu literally means 'hard work'. Painting, cooking, studying are also Gong Fu, not only martial arts.

'Wushu' is made out of two characters: 武, which is has 2 components: 'war' and 'to stop'. 武 wu means 'military', 'martial'. 术 shu means 'discipline', 'art', 'skill'. So 武术 WuShu would mean 'martial arts', 'military discipline', 'the skill of stopping conflict'.

And, about the 'sport side' of Gong Fu, what you're referring to is modern WuShu, a standardized sport started in 1954.

  • @AndyRaslan , You are right = )

  • @AndyRaslan Your brilliant. Most people are so ignorant about Gong Fu. Your the only one whose comment I have read and not had to correct. Do you study in Wushu or another style?

  • @MrTbrookslean Wo lian Wudang Wushu.

  • @AndyRaslan Ah, a great style! How long have you been training?

  • @MrTbrookslean 2 years.

  • @AndyRaslan awesome, same. Who's your master?

  • @MrTbrookslean Razvan Damian. His master, in turn, is Yuan Xiu Gang.

  • @AndyRaslan Right on! My teacher is Thomas Garriga. His master (actually this is just one among several) was Dr. Pong. Dr. Pong was a master of Combat Tai Chi and wushu. Also a master of the art of "splashing hand".

  • @AndyRaslan taekwondo or kungfu has same name fucking bulshit show show

  • @AndyRaslan hey, uh, question for you, since u seem to know something about MA and TMA. (i'm too lazy to find the answer on the internet.) can modern wushu be used for self defense effectively? not against traditional martial arts, but against any other people.

  • POSSIBLY, because it has its roots in traditional Wushu, so some of the techniques are usable in real-life combat. On the other hand, modern wushu practitioners rarely learn the applications for their techniques and are rarely good street-fighters - there are rather small chances that someone who practices modern wushu would successfully defend against a common punk. It's not about the art, but how it's taught and what you train for,

Still, the answer is generally NO. TMA, MMA or kickboxing.

  • @c159csy357 (TMA, MMA or Kickboxing for real-life combat). Also, Russian Systema and other military self-defense systems are good for self-defense.

However, be careful which school you choose, especially if it's Shaolin Kung Fu, Karate or Tai Chi - most of the schools that teach these arts are McDojos.

  • @AndyRaslan You really know your history! *tips hat*

  • @LittleTortillaBoyTom those are the same moves used to kill people for centuries

  • MrSmile888 hell yeah!!!

  • wushu owns!!!!

  • @MrSmile888 wons? U MEAN WINS?

  • @diplo33 he said OWNS

  • @MrSmile888 all martial arts are equally powerful and useful, except kickboxing, which has an element of crapness to it

  • Nice moves but totally ineffective. But hey, that's tv for ya :P

  • @LittleTortillaBoyTom I couldn't agree more with you. Also, it's always Wu Shu's northern style, much more spectacular than southern Wu Shu, that is featured. No one can get a good insight of Wu Shu or of Taekwondo with such videos.

  • evezome

  • VERY NICE

  • what i am a taekwando too but im from that sittuation i can use a hand?
