I just had a funny idea about life in Europa. If there is macroscopic life there, they could "float" inside the water, wich would make them think that the ice core is their land. So they would be living literally upside down with plants and everything growing there.

I find it very curios that NASA is showing no interest in Europa even doe they say they are looking for life & liquid water on other planets. It is like looking for gold & not seeing the mountain of it right beside you. Al this decades & the billions of dollars they spend, they couldn't spare something for a simple probe.

But it''s not going to be easy to get there and drill up to 100 km, is it, they can't yet afford or haven't invested enough time yet to even think about this unfortunately, there sending a mission in 2020, but this is not going to go beneath the ice because they haven't built the drilling technology yet, there more likely to get beneath the surface in about 2050. But i think this will be allot more interesting than landing a few people on mars.

There is apparntly another moon in our system which contains a thick atmosphere and pressure, that is close to our as much as Earth, but just without the proper chemicals. This would allow for terraforming, it's a good ideal.
